Awful experience

Awful experience. It was not clear that they don't ship to my country and after my order was shipped and couldn't be delivered with DHL. I've asked for a refund on the 19th of May and to this date (one month) I just keep getting responses "we are checking with DHL regarding this" without any refund.

The Worst Online Retailer I've Dealt With in Germany

This has been by far the worst experience I've had with any retailer in Germany.

I ordered a tablet that was advertised as new, but it arrived with the seal broken, clearly not in new condition. On top of that, the device has serious Wi-Fi issues, constantly disconnecting and being extremely slow—problems that do not occur on any of my other devices on the same network.

To make matters worse, the packaging was completely inadequate. The opened tablet box (which had no seal or tape holding it closed) was just placed loosely inside a much larger shipping box with no padding or protection whatsoever—left to rattle around during transit. For an expensive and supposedly new electronic item, this is unacceptable.

I filed a case on June 6 and had to follow up multiple times over more than a week. Finally, on June 12 (after I insisted), someone responded offering either €30 off or a free return label. I replied immediately requesting the label, but now it’s June 13, and I’ve still received no response or resolution. After inquiring once more, I was told I need to wait for another 1 to 3 working days for the appropriate department to "process" my reply ...

I also made it clear that I am traveling soon, and the delay has caused me significant inconvenience and stress.

Between the misleading product listing, the hardware defect, the terrible packaging, and the unbelievably slow and careless customer service, this has been a disaster from start to finish.

Absolutely not recommended—the worst retailer I’ve dealt with in Germany.

False availability promises from Galaxus

Galaxus provides false availability information in their shop. Claiming that the product is on stock at their supplier, they promise delivery the next workday or the day after. After ordering May 20th, 2025 the item has not been shipped until today June, 6th, 2025. Still, the website has claimed availability since the original ordering date.
The customer support told me in the meantime that their supplier has to wait for the manufacturer (quote: "Leider musste der zuständige Lieferant den Liefertermin im System anpassen, da er seinerseits auf eine Nachlieferung durch den Hersteller wartete."). Still, they don't fix the availability on their site. Tricking more customers to buy the item.
So instead of the item I just got told it would come soon, telling me the dates from their shop. Apart from that, promised calls and feedback from their support just did not happen. So I cancelled the item today.

The fast and unproblematic delivery for the rest of the items was flawless. It is a pity that the very nasty behaviour of Galaxus for this item is casting a bad shadow over the other, good experience. But for me the consequence is clear: Trust is gone. I won't buy from them ever again.

The item not delivered was an NVIDIA RTX 6000 ADA graphics card for round about 7500 Euro.

I have some questions for anyone who…

I have some questions for anyone who answers such issues in Galaxus. How is it possible for me to get back less money than I paid for a product, after returning it in the same condition it was delivered in?

And how is it possible that a product's warranty can be shorter than it should be? I mean, the warranty is 30 or 29 days. Well, I have a lot of questions that I can't ask because I can't call the website directly; they blocked my phone calls and chat. Now I'm sending emails, but I have to wait forever for a response. Thank you, Galaxus, you ruined my plans, you have no idea how much. I'm also left without the product.

Dear people who read this !

I have to say only one thing, I returned a B stock product that was already damaged, although the galaxus website clearly states that it is perfectly functional, only that it has slight visual defects. I received the defective product, I returned it in the same condition in which I received it and now they write to me that they cannot refund my money because it is defective. It was my mistake that I did not take a picture initially and did not show them the condition of the product, but I still did not think that galaxus deals with schemes like this. I recommend that you never buy B stock and be very careful with the products you order from there, the controls and notify the site's support so as not to run out of money. I have two motherboards returned for neither one nor the other, I did not receive the money, both B stock. The worst thing is that I only need one.

Another thing, very funny one, they blocked my access to the live chat even though I only used it 3 times and I spoke very appropriately and politely with them. I have nothing to say about this ironicaly trustworthy company, but it's probably all heading towards something more serious.

One of the best online consumer electronics shop

All in all, I am very satisfied with Galaxus. All of the products that I bought from them so far have been pretty flawless. Also, their delivery is really fast. The service is very good as well. If you’re into consumer electronics, then I would definitely recommend Galaxus over Amazon.

Heavily delayed shipping.

Ordered some shimano Pedals on Wednesday midday and galaxus website stated it’s gonna arrive Friday or Saturday same week, which is already slow compared to Amazon or any serious online dealer.

Now it’s saturday and i received a mail that the shipment is gonna arrive next week tuesday. Very disappointing.

ordered a osmo pocket 3 on the website , its been 1.5 months already still haven’t received it, it might take more 1 months. when i ordered it said ordered from supplier delivery soon, i already paying with klarna so its a hassel to order again from somewhere else as its available every other shop just not in galaxus, what a shitty supplier they have. talked with customer support multiple times they will not give me even a fixed date for delivery. Very disappointing and frustrating. think again before ordering anything from galaxus

Especially for those products that are not available from our own central warehouse and/or are shipped directly by the suppliers, we are heavily dependent on the information provided by our many national and international suppliers. They are able to update delivery dates independently so that the information provided is always up to date without any loss of time.
Even with products that are shown as in stock from our warehouse, we unfortunately cannot completely rule out any delays/cancellations in view of our very wide and deep product range in combination with a high throughput of goods. Fortunately, the stated delivery times/stocks can, statistically speaking, be met in the vast majority of cases in accordance with our respective specifications. This applies both to our own warehouses and to the warehouses of our suppliers. We therefore very much regret that in your case the stated stock levels and delivery times could not be met. Received a Used Unit with Wrong Country of Origin

I was very disappointed to receive from Galaxus.de a used Wahl Detailer instead of a new one. There were visible hairs on the machine and inside the box, which clearly indicates prior use. Even worse, the product was advertised as “Made in Germany,” but the unit I received was marked “Made in Hungary.” This experience was frustrating and time-consuming. I’ve requested a proper replacement and hope the seller will address the issue quickly. Buyers should be cautious and check their item upon arrival.
