I wasn’t going to write a review as I hoped that being honest with Faye would get a response. As there hasn’t been a response (text sent 4 working days ago) I feel compelled to provide a review so others don’t overpay for a standard clean.

We paid £200 for 3.5 hours for only Faye. It was good as a basic clean & hoover but we didn’t consider it as a deep clean. I don’t believe any blinds were touched despite confirming these were included in the deep clean. Many surfaces (floor lamp shades, bedside tables…) were still dusty. It didn’t feel like the kitchen was touched at all (I had pre cleaned due to building works and hoped the deep clean would leave it gleaming) the porch wasn't touched. The general hoover of the carpets (stairs & bedrooms) was good. I accept I might have high standards but it’s not my profession so I would expect Faye’s are higher.

We would have paid our standard cleaner £55 for the same result.

Faye was lovely person and was very friendly but if we had her deep clean, it was overpriced.

This is the first time I've ever had a cleaner and I'm so happy with the results. Rachel was so professional and friendly, and when we returned home from a very challenging day the house was spotless and organise! We cannot thank you enough x

We use Faye for our weekly clean and it is the highlight of my week! She is polite, friendly and professional and the bathrooms sparkle afterwards. We also used GAL for an oven clean and it was like brand new afterwards. Highly recommend.

Faye seemed really lovely and even went out of her way to change our deep clean twice when our building work was pushed back. Paid Faye and her partner an extra £50 for coming to do the deep clean on a Sunday.
they did less than 3 hours cleaning. I had asked Faye to clean inside of the kitchen cupboards (all empty as required). They weren't even wiped. Dust still on the top of wardrobes and shelves. Porch not swept or mopped. I'm so disappointed and like others on reviews, once I text to say I felt let down, no response.
Paid a lot and extra for a half arsed job.
Faye came recommended, but didn't do a thorough job at all.
Hi Faye, further to your reply, happy to see your videos as I also have some and photos. The video you post to Instagram was of your partner hoovering the kitchen, nothing else.

Brilliant service, really helped get my mums house back into shape whilst she was in hospital. Would highly recommend

Our home was immaculately clean and tidy. Faye was reliable, efficient and friendly. There was a few stubborn stains on my bath that I was struggling to remove, however, they were non existent after Gal and her team had worked their magic :)

Super hardworking and will not hesitate to use again!

I booked in for a double oven clean today and WOW, my oven looks brand new. Both the service and attention to detail were second to none. Would 100% recommend.

Chantelle visited my home today for my first clean.
She was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. She showed interest in what my main areas of focus were and then got straight to it. Working from home at the same time I was able to leave her to it and was overjoyed to see the standards of the finish when she invited me to have a peak upstairs.
I didn’t feel any judgement or worry at all.

First time we have used GAL and they have been excellent very Professional.We had a Lounge Carpet cleaned recently and it looks great We would definitely recommend them 🙂.

Poor communication and unreliable

Never used GAL cleaning before but I’m so glad I have. We had a deep clean and it was needed after we had our bathroom remodelled. There was a layer of dust in every room and the whole place needed a good clean.

The team arrived nice and early and spent all morning and into the afternoon cleaning everything. The glass looks like there’s nothing there it’s that clean. Every tile in the bathroom sorted. Every room spotless and my daughters room had her teddies organised and one teddy reading a book to the others. She loved it haha.

Great company and well worth the money. Will definitely be using them more often!

This is the first time I've used Gal Cleaning Services and I wasn't disappointed. Excellent job, I now look like I have a new oven. Thank you so much, highly recommended, will definitely be back in touch again 😁

Faye and her team are excellent, thorough and professional. We have used GAL for our regular cleans and a deep clean and both were fabulous! Our house has never looked fresher.

Faye and her team are brilliant. They've just done a deep clean of our house today and I'm blown away by how amazing it is! The oven is like new, scratches have magically disappeared from the bath and the skirting boards look freshly painted! We've had cleaners in the past and it's just been nice to have someone keep on top of it for you but Faye achieved some truly wonderful results that I didn't think we're possible! I can't wait for our regular cleans to start!
