To be honest I was reading the previous ratings of this site and I felt so bad because I've read them only after I deposited some money.
The free spins bonus is true, It doesn't matter how much money you made, they just delete it to 100EUR, for example I wanted to withdraw 302EUR and after I wrote an e-mail to them about the payment process they told me, that I can only withdraw 100EUR from the bonus.
Other than that, the KYC was pretty smooth, they replied within one hour, and after I sent the necessary documents, they verified my profile fully, so the withdraw process was like 2 or 3 days in total.
Their RTPs are very sus, and there are lots of dead spins, but I don't think It's worse than any other casinos.
If you win, and you have had an active bonus before on your account, they will only payout max x40(times the bonus you put inn) - they will TAKE the rest.
This is theft, do not be fooled - stay away.

Hi All,
I recently started playing at Gamblezen and I won good chunk of money. Everything from signing up to KYC was smooth, but when it came down to withdrawals it is probably the most frustrating casino.
According to their T&C, you can request for withdrawals upto $2000 daily, $5000 weekly, and $20000 monthly, and they only process withdrawal requests during the weekdays.
I have been struggling to withdraw my funds as I have to request it in 3 different transactions of CAD $750 daily and it takes them 24hrs to process. Most of the time, I either receive 1 or 2 withdrawals or none.
According to Gamblezen's T&C, if a player wins more than $20,000, they can divide the whole amount into monthly instalments until paid in full. I have contacted their support and referred me to email their KYC (finance department) to request the instalments.
I have emailed their KYC department multiple times over the past 22 days, and haven't heard back once. I am extremely frustrated with the withdrawals at this website. If they had the withdrawals figured out to be paid in a timely manner, I would change my review.

The casino has no license whatsoever... Do not deposit as this is truely a scam website. They do not share the name of the company that operates them, they do not share the gambling license (Very highly they do not have one.) I have no idea how they are still functionable. I asked them to show me the license and the company that operates them and they are telling me that all of that information is within "About us" section (which has nothing inside it) and also in "terms and conditions" which license or company information are not present. This is 100 % scam so stay away.

A classic predatory casino that will refuse to reopen your account after you request a timeout period. They offer resposible gaming tools and beat their chest in their T&C's of how they are a big supporters of responsible gaming but if you dare to use those tools, they will just throw you into trash. Nothing but hypocrits and I guess I am better off in this case.

I got a bonus for 60 free spins on Bill & Coin 2: Mummy Mishief. After my my 60 free spins I still had to meet wager requirements for it to turn into real funds. I went and played “ darknes “ and won big. Got to $361.5 CAD. I then went to play “ Big Bass Mission fishin’”. I went up and down but got to $319 CAD. At this point it was still bonus funds since I was still meeting the wager requirements. I met the requirements and my $319 bonus money got turned into $60 CAD real balance. I was a little sad that I lost all the excess bonus balance and was left with $60 real balance. I decided to keep playing with my now real balance. I played “starlight princess 1000” with the remaining $60 real balance. I played down to $34.71 and then I won BIG. I went up to $3642.99 CAD. I kept playing for hours with my real balance. I decided it was time to cash out. I cashed out and then got a email saying my withdrawal payments have been canceled and $2003.67 CAD has been debited from my game account, according to the bonus rules. When I checked my wallet it was back to $60 CAD.
My winnings got taken away TWICE and I truly think they made a mistake. I have screen shots showing me playing with a REAL BALANCE after the wager was met.

If you can imagine the worst online casino in the world so the GAMBLEZEN is very very worst. This Site name should be changed to SCUMZEN or SCAMZEN. I have received 30 spins after my deposits. I waited 3 days for a withdrawal that went from pending to canceled on the support end. I was given no reason as to why my withdrawal was canceled and I'm fully verified and used a raw balance for my winnings. Spoke to chat and all they could tell me is to try my withdraw again and email support. I sent 2 emails with no response yet.
I will change my review if this gets resolved. I also have screenshots of everything and all dialog if this does not. Just looking for some help and info from support at this point.
Update: i got my withdrawal after submitting it a 2nd time I'm glad it finally worked out. You guys need to tell ppl why you are canceling it and stop trying to get ppl to re use their balances after they've requested a cash out seems shady
