I deposited money yesterday and received a bonus with a wagering requirement. Today, my entire balance suddenly disappeared. When I contacted support, I was told the bonus was only valid for 1 day, something that was never clearly communicated when I received it and way less than the initial welcome bonus.

Depositing money is no problem at all, they are happy to accept your money. But when you manage to win a little and want to withdraw the money, it starts to get complicated. They ask you to email documents to KYC before the withdrawal can be made. The problem is that you don't even get any kind of confirmation that they have received any documents and when you write to the live chat they can't help you. Incredibly sad that in 2025 you will have to struggle and wait to withdraw money. frivolous.

Well ... After almost one month and pushing them, GambleZen came up with something I am absolute not aware of. So, I see I have been playing another slot, then opened mysteriously Mystery Museum. Well, magic happens. Anyway, this was balance from 20 usd cashback. After spending thousands on raw, and playing freely, because on raw, they took ton of time to catch me on one game round I played on 20 usd cashback I got from them, everything else was RAW. This is seriously totally shady business, so watch them out, they will catch you and not pay you too! They know I spent thousands of RAW, they have shady cashback wager, so be aware!

I really like this casino. Good games and easy to find your way around. I have won a lot of money, I want withdrawal. The days go by and I try to write them an email. No answers. Now trying to write to another email. No answers. The next day I try again and write. Then I get an email with some documentation I need to send in, which I have sent earlier and got approved. Send the information again, and provide for answers to all my questions. Again answer. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll ever see that money. My most recent transaction.
A $45 deposit and a $90 bonus.
Based on my interpretation of the promotional terms and conditions. I can use the $45 real funds without activating the bonus and if I bust then I can activate the bonus and try to achieve the wagering requirements and cashout a maximum of 5x90 or $450.
In this case I was able to get a big win and see my bonus funds go well above the 450 mark and even further above the mark where the remaining wager requirement was less than the fall space. So I gradually clear the wager to the point where it is complete and the final balance of $1218 is exceeding the cashout limit of $450 and in accordance with the bonus rules (other bonuses):
1.4 All winnings received while wagering Bonus are limited to a maximum cashout amount of 5 times bonus granted. Any exceeded balance will be voided prior to money withdrawal.
The exceeded balence ~$750 is complety made void at this point prior to money withdrawal and I am left with $450 real funds which are now withdrawable.
At this point I have $450 real funds!
There is no bonus left for wagering. The bonus rule above has no application to real funds and the limits set to the winnings that were received while wagering can not limit any further winnings because further winnings will be received after wagering bonus, not while wagering bonus.
I thought maybe I could randomly end up even better.
So I showed my 450 to the machine and the machine just looked at the 450 and randomly gave me another 349.
With $799 real funds
I set up a withdrawal request of $450.
And left $349 real funds that can just sit there while I nervously waited
I easily completed verification.
And selected to withdraw to the best option available (crypto wallet)
24hrs later and still no santa-claus.
I started my enquiry and asked why was my withdrawal still pending.
It was live chat so I was confident to get the answers. I also asked why are the withdrawal options without the options that I have used for my deposits. My deposits were via visa and skrill.
The agent said that I would not be able to withdraw unless I made a deposit using the same option.
I made the minimum deposit from my crypto wallet
Now my withdrawal can go into the crypto wallet according to the live agent.
I decided to play the machine and see if it still wants to keep me randomly on the good side and by the hair on my tail I found a $600 easter egg that added to a real funds balence total of ~$1000
I had no reason stop the random numbers generating but without notice I was forced away from it and then received a notice with the message "your account has been suspended please contact support" instantly I connected to support via live agent and was soon responded to with reassurance that nothing was wrong and that I should simply wait 20mins before logging in again. I thought maybe they were advising me to take a break but it was strange if that were so. I actually needed to get off so I put the phone down.
40 mins later I was able to return to the phone and was excited to continue.
To my utmost surprise my account had been touched. Almost about to blame my cat I thought maybe my worst fears were being conjured into my reality from some scary place. My real balence was showing $503 and my pending withdrawal was cancelled. .
The explanation was as follows.

We inform you that your withdrawal payment in the amount of 450 NZD has been cancelled by the Gamblezen Financial Department.
We inform you that the amount of 948.47 NZD has been debited from your game account, according to the bonus rules 1.4.(other bonuses):

In your case you can withdraw: 450 NZD + 54.0505 NZD (your deposit) = 504.0505 NZD.
They stated that they cancelled withdrawal but they gave no reason for doing so.
They also debited my entire real funds amount. And they said that it was winnings received while wagering bonus.
That is a false claim.

The bonus was cleared and not while bonus wagering. The stated bonus rule had no application on the funds that had already had their excess removed prior to withdrawal. And thus excused from further limitations of bonus conditions.
Also I have received email from KYC
Asking for proof of cards that do not exist anymore because they were replaced and then replaced again with different number but for the same debit account.
I responded as such and then was asked to log into my bank account and screenshot the cards there. Unfortunately such images are not available to me when logging into my bank account

Their withdrawal process is an absolute nightmare, The support has 0 power to check or help with withdrawal and refer you to talk to kycATgamblezen.com (Which never ever responds for 4 days all i got was a request to send in an verification of my bank statement) Even though my account was fully verified with ID/Residential adress and selfie.

That was 5 Hours ago... 2 emails i sent to kycATgamblezen.com which is their finance department and their support cant answer or do anything in the matter which is crazy stupid, they should have a superior support with powers to do actions of all departments when needed because they are no better than an automated AI message bot this support. Which is a cheap tactic of a casino.
I do hope they pay it out soon, because the experience has been awful, and they should know i played on over 1000 casinos even back in the days when KYC was a real hassle to do. This is worse.
