Stay away!!! Take your money and don’t deliver goods
I ordered toys for my daughter on 12th May and it stated 7-14 day delivery. When items didn’t arrive I emailed them and they assured me items were due in on 10th June. I have subsequently emailed them 5 times asking for and updated and then a refund with absolutely no response. They don’t have a contact number (convenient) and I see that their website is now down.
Absolutely shocking business and will be reporting to trading standards and having to go through my bank for refund.
Shocked businesses like this can still be allowed on the web and to operate. Taking money for items not received is theft.

Not a review as such. After having trouble obtaining my refund from this company I went to my bank. They are going to reclaim it for me. I had to fill out a form and send them proof that the company had agreed the refund. Hope this helps everyone else that is due money back from these cowboys.

It seems a few of their customers are having the same issue I am. I am yet to receive a refund for an order they couldn’t fulfill. My order was placed on May 19th. I was lied to and told my refund would be issued within 7 days from June 19th and now they are ignoring my emails. If the company is having difficulties then a simple email to make customers aware of this could solve a lot of problems. However it seems they are taking many orders and not fulfilling them leaving them with a large amount of money which isn’t theirs in their account. My next step is to contact the consumer ombudsman as this is a poor way to handle customers
Long Wait and Still no Refund.😤😬
I had ordered some items for my sons birthday on the 25th of May and had not received anything within the time period for the delivery.
Therefore I got in contact with the company asking what was happening with my order to be told there stock was coming so I left it thinking that in a week I would receive my items to then only have to email them a second time as nothing had still been delivered to then be told that there was no stock so they would issue a refund which was fine as long as I had received my money back. So I ordered on the 25th to email them on the 4th of June to the email them again on the 16th about my order the get a email back on the 18th about a refund being sent back to me to then message again on the 29th for them to say it was issued on the 18th and it should be in my account soon to then email again on the 10th of July to still have not received anything. As a customer I feel so disappointed to be treated this way im a understand person things dont go to plan and with what is happening in the world I can understand problems happen but I will not be treated like this when I chose to trust this service and give my money for your products. I will not be buying from here again it was a mistake to trust this company with my money and will not make that mistake again and I warn anybody who comes across the website to be wary of your money as you may not receive either your order or your money back.

I purchased months ago and did not receive goods, after poor communication I left a negative review, I was immediately contacted and asked to remove the review which I did and was assured my goods would be delivered the following week, this did not happen, i left it another couple of weeks before asking for a refund over 2 weeks ago, I was told refund would take up to 7 days and I still havent received it!!!. I made a order on the 12th may it stated on line the item was in stock after a week i called and was told the item was not in stock and awaiting stock i was at this point offered a refund. But due to the fact that i needed the item i said i would wait. On yhe 7th june i called again and was informed the item was not coming so a refund would be made. Now its the 5th july and still no refund. And now my emails are not being answered or my phone calls

Wish I could give a negative star rating. As per my previous review I finally got a reply to my email saying refund had been processed and would take around a week to show on my account. Surprise surprise no refund yet!!!! I tried calling but no answer.
Charged for out of stock items, still not refunded.
I was charged for items which I found out were out of stock after I queried why I hadn’t received any dispatch or delivery information. I was then told the items would be coming in stock within 2 weeks. 4 weeks later I had still heard nothing so I cancelled my order and was told I would be refunded within 10 days. 10 days passed and still I had not been refunded.
Truly awful service from start to finish. If you’re considering purchasing from here avoid doing so. You can find the same items elsewhere at a cheaper prices and it accompanied by much better service.

AVOID!!! My daughter ordered from here using her own money. Dispatch email received straight away but the items never arrived. After a month of waiting we contacted them and they replied saying the items were expected in stock the following week and would be dispatched within two days (if the items had shown as out of stock we would never have ordered in the first place). At this point I became concerned, the e-mail didn't sound legitimate. After another three weeks still no dispatch e-mail or sign of the items I e-mailed them requesting a refund which they have ignored. No phone number to contact them. These people should be ashamed taking money from a young child who had worked hard to earn it and save it up. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!

Company will call you and try to get you to take down your negative review - if this happens to you then at least wait til you see the refunded monies hit your account - the refund email is nonsense. Reading other reviews it would appear that you'll get a line about the portal being down, or Shopify being slow.
I'd suggest reviewing your business practices. I'm not removing anything - people need to be aware of where their hard earned cash is going, and if reading this saves someone from the aggro of dealing with you and that some child gets their birthday gift etc then I'm happy.

Avoid!
Absolutely rubbish customer service. Purchased a birthday gift for my grandson which didn’t turn up when expected. Chased three times with only one curt response. The company refunded me without any explanation at all.

AVOID! Something wrong here.
As per a couple of other recent reviewers - money taken instantly, confirmation email sent then..... nothing. No response to emails, phone number just rings and rings then goes dead. I have no idea what’s going on. Very very poor customer service - non-existent in fact. Last time I’ll deal with a company I’ve never heard of, now I’ve all the faff of trying to recover my money, thank goodness I used a credit card.
