Order not received, called and left a voicemail and now the phone line doesn’t work and has been removed from the website.

AVOID, its a con. If you want your money to disappear into thin air with no way of being able to retrieve the package or your money - go for it. Been 8 working days since my order, delivery was to arrive within 7, phone number doesn't work and no response to emails. This order hasn't even been dispatched, all they've done is send one confirmation email and taken the money with not a single communication since. My niece is going to be VERY upset when she doesn't get her birthday present. Better yet, the price of the item has also since decreased

Such a good company. Amazon mixed up my order from them but they were so nice about it and quickly sent the item I really ordered. The person I spoke to was really nice shout out to BOB you are a awesome. Definitely wi2ll be going to them in the future xxx

Kids loved them kept them happy for ages.

Ordered the therapy game, it was packaged well and arrived in super quick time. Yet to play it though, it’s for a girls weekend away so should be interesting! The game itself looks awesome and know it will be an amazing conversation starter!

I ordered a few games and crafts. All arrived in time frame but 1 game was opened. I emailed them but didn't hear back.
Put 1 star for costumer service and for sending an opened item.

The value was excellent, as postage was charged once for several smaller items, whereas many other online providers with 'free postage' incorporated the cost of postage into the price for each item.
Slight concern is that one item I was able to order was not shipped and the amount was refunded automatically (without consultation) afterwards. Thankfully not an issue for me on this occasion.

So so disappointed - Bought a Pop Vinyl from Gamearama and the condition of the product is awful, box was packaged terribly and has suffered damage in transit. Would not recommend.

Two out of 7 items were not available after order processed. When rest of order arrived one item was missing but I had still been charged. Emailed customer services straight away. No response. Awaiting refund for 2 items not available & item never sent. Not impressed. First time I’ve bought from them. Wont buy again.
