The support was great and always has…

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to go out of my way to leave this one. The service has always been excellent, both through the app and the website. I had some account issues recently, and one of the staff members, Marshall, took the time to help me through everything with patience and professionalism.

He truly went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved, and I really appreciated the kindness and support. It’s rare to find customer service that genuinely cares, and that experience meant a lot to me.

Thank you, Gameboost, for everything you do, and a special thank you to Marshall for all your help. Please make sure he gets the recognition he deserves.

Weird tactics

Never seen this kind of "scheme". They sell keys that they don’t have in stock. They charge you money and instantly issue a refund, but then you have to wait 5–7 days for your money to return OR you can have instant store credits... ofc. It happened to me three times. Shame on me for trusting them three times too many.

Good experience

Good experience, don't lie with the price, you pay for what they say you'll pay at the beginning, in the opposite of most of the competitor who charge higher price when finishing the command. Support answer fast.

The website is exceptional

The website is exceptional, the games are being sold for very cheap price and their customer service is really efficient. Regarding the latter, i wrongly placed an order for a game that sadly my pc can't run, so i requested some help from the customer service and an agent called Sam lent me an hand. Not only he quickly understood and resolved the situation but i even got a refund for my product without experiencing any issues or troubles in the process.

First experience

Bought a game on the website. After paying, it got instantly refunded, so I needed to pay a higher price because the price changed when ordering the same game after getting a refund to the website’s account. Not a big price change, but still not a flawless experience.
