Awesome

I bought “Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart” on Steam. The order was on hold (“Wait for delivery”), or maybe I was just too impatient, so I opened a support ticket, and Bruce was great—he was able to generate the key for me very quickly. Awesome

Quick help and service

The key I ordered was already redeemed…

The key I ordered was already redeemed and I was heartbroken thinking it was going to be a bad interaction... but their support rep Michael was able to remedy the problem by issuing a store credit refund and I was able to purchase a new key. He stayed in chat with me the whole time while I tried to make sure it worked. If not for the mishap at initial purchase this would be a 5* for sure but he did a great job at picking up the pieces and making it right!
