Bought an acccount here and it got recovered i created a ticket they investigated for 2 weeks and told me to not enougg evidence and write them again after 30 days. I write them after 30 days and my problem solved. Wasn’t expecting this. <33

Scammed, customer support isn't helping

Been a buyer for 4 years with over 30 accounts bought on that website, recommended it to friends too.
Got scammed 1 week ago after having the account I bought recovered within 1 week of having it. The customer support denied help in any way due to "not enough evidence" even though I submitted everything I had. I tried to make a new ticket and it was closed immediately with the same automated response. Tried to contact the seller and was ignored.
Saw the account being online on my friendlist cause for some reason they didn't delete my main account.
Update: Resubmitted my case after a month. the support didn't bother to update me until I messaged them again just to be told again the same thing as prior, still "not enough evidence", still no response from seller.

tldr; Paid 167 euros for ownership of an account just to have it for one week. wp.

I bought coc account here and everything was fine. Suddenly someone was also logging in my account. It started 2 weeks ago. However i contacted with the website and they solved my problem with talking with the seller. Thank u
