Bought 2 accounts both got recovered after a while. Got the first one back after a couple of days and now am waiting for a reply on the 2nd one. Support is okay, But the sellers on the platform are not to be trusted and apparently can recover their accounts without any consequences.

Update 1/7/24: still not resolved. Support is just stalling. No action is taken against the scammer. He’s got over a thousand sales, wonder how many others have gotten scammed by him. It feels like Gamermarkt supports this kind of behaviour. Will update soon.

Still no response and first account got recovered again. I’m charging back. 0 support from gamermarkt.

Wouldn’t recommend buying here. Everything is a scam.

So i bought an Account for 600€ from a really high rated Seller. Got the Account and after 3 days it was gone. The offer had a 14 day garuntee with the support and i tried using this and i created a Ticket. Support legit sayed "We need you to not contact the Riot support in risk of bans etc... Try creating a new Ticket after you contacted the Riot Support. I tried explaining my situation and asked how to prove that i dont have Access to the Account. They sayed "We will have a look at this". My question then was how tf they want to look if someone looked in my Riot Account or how they can see who changed something. So i would not recommend using this site because of the many scammers and the incompitent Support team. There are way better sites like g2g or playerauction (complicated payment methods tho) i can recommend

I purchased an account at a price over 400 euros at your company, expecting to receive the Valorant account promised. However, my account was unjustly locked on the first day of purchase. I purchased an account from a "highly-trusted seller" with 900 reviews that has been selling accounts since 2022 and Is still selling accounts up to this date, just shows how GamerMarkt don't care for their customers and their supposedly "legal action" is being taken on a person that is still allowed to sell accounts (2 days ago).

Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue through your customer support team, I have been met with nothing but unhelpful stalling and "legal action" that would take years and not even sure if it was really done. It has been three weeks since my initial complaint, and not only has the issue not been resolved, but I have also been denied a refund.

There policy clearly states that every account since day of purchase has a 14 day warranty and their policy states that "4.20. If there is any problem with the Product/Service purchased by the Buyer, the Seller is obliged to solve the problem. If the problem is not resolved, the amount paid for the order will be refunded to the Buyer." I reported my problem the first day of purchase and not even a refund of my money was given for buying an advertised doping account on their website that was not mentioned in their ToS. Gamermarkt still allows the seller that scammed me to keep selling accounts while nothing is being done, highlighting the integrity of the company.

This level of service is unacceptable and not only violates the consumer rights but also reflects poorly on the standards and practices of your company. I demand that my case be escalated to a higher authority for immediate review. I expect either a full refund or the restoration of my account with compensation for the inconvenience caused.

I usually do not give bad reviews but this situation is highly unfair, all the information said above is true and I have all the information needed to prove my claims. I strongly encourage to not purchase any valuable products from this company. If I get my refund back I will keep everyone updated.

I was quite disappointed.. after a successful first purchase. I spent a 100 euros on codes and accounts. I purchased one for my little brother. the account was recovered after 3 days! all quiet contact the assistance seen the past experience, live chat the first 24 h of waiting... there can stand.. although the evidence is obvious.. still nothing and I go to contact them again, requested another 24h. contact after 48 hours.. is for the umpteenth time various excuses.. no resolution is this time not even a timing! simply ingnorato in chat.. review made in their site.. not approved... and long live transparency.. and at super speed support but only when we pay.. and not to be reimbursed.

Had issues with some accounts getting taken back but the GamerMarkt support team was very cooperative and helped me fast, I got refunded. You can count on them.

Gamermarkt sold me a stolen Valorant account, which was claimed back by the original owner.
When I asked for asistance, the Site Admins told me that there is nothing they can do at this point.
NO REFUND WAS PROVIDED.

There are fake sellers who sale the same account multiple times.
