Purchased a game that I couldn't get anywhere else online for an amazing price. Fast delivery. Great experience. The store is about 40 mins drive and I will be checking it out soon.

What can I say. Took a punt with a game I was looking for that was either out of stock, or a stupid price, when I came across GamersAtHart.
Not only did they have it at a fair price but the service from start to finish was excellent with nice personal touches. I use 2 other well known companies quite regularly. Looks like I have found my number one go to now.

This is a great family run business with very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. They don't just sell you things, they will talk with you to make sure what you are buying is correct, and may offer alternatives. I went in to buy a £80 game but instead bought a £60 game as it suited my family more. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Because of this I highly recommend Gamers@Hart as one the best local games shops in the area. They are also based directly in the town centre with excellent transport links.

You can't beat the instore prices and online prices are hard to match anywhere else online. Service is top notch and on the rare occasion something goes wrong it is soon fixed by the super friendly and most helpful staff.

Great service; games are packaged in a careful and environmentally conscious way and despatch/delivery is very quick.

Game arrived within a few days of ordering and the packaging was great. Website is easy to navigate. If I'm looking to buy a game and they have it in stock, I will definitely be buying from Gamers@Hart again.

Excellent service, very friendly staff. Myself and my children (aged 11 and 12) love coming into the shop, during school holidays my children can't go more than a few days without popping in for a look around and a chat or spending thier pocket money (usually on Pokémon cards). Both the actual shop and online store stock a very expansive range of products, usually (more often than not) cheaper than anywhere else. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and always have time to answer questions or just have a general chat. My family love shopping here and would not think of shopping anywhere else for our Pokémon, Warhammer, Digimon, board games etc.

I got Colt Express Big Box from Gamersathart. Very happy. It was well packed and came in perfect condition. It had all the old expansions in it with room for the new armoured train expansion train as well.
I also like Gamersatheart Pre-Order system.

My absolutely favourite shop! They're always happy to order a title for me if it's not in stock and it's ready in just a few days. Their prices are really hard to beat and they do so much for the local community too! I wouldn't shoo anywhere else!

I've pre-ordered new releases from Gamers at Hart a couple of times now. I like their pre-order system - it's clear and informative and they don't take payment until they have stock. I also appreciate their approach to packaging - it's all compostable and they put a little note in the order to remind you.
