What a scam

What a scam. I purchased an item online, received confirmation of order there was no mention this was a subscription service $65AU per month. You have to go into terms and conditions. Since when do you not make it clear this is a subscription service on main email. How often do people check term and conditions when ordering online. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

SCAM ALERT

They sign you up to a "free" 18 day trial membership without your knowledge and then start deducting money each month. There's no way you can stop this as they don't respond to your requests to cancel the membership you didn't sign up to.
A SCAM.... pure and simple.

Basically

Basically, the scamming wretches sign you up for a subscription without your knowledge or consent when you purchase a totally misrepresented product. The site/ company takes differing amounts each month as its "fee" for a non-existent service. You have to cancel your card as there is no response from your enquiry of them.

I don’t even want to give them a one…

I don’t even want to give them a one star. They are fraudulent.
I ordered a neck pillow and until
I got onto it was charged for a gaming subscription every month that I never signed up to.
They are totally immoral and don’t care. This is white collar crime. They shouldn’t be able to get away with what they do. DON’T buy anything from them. Absolutely a rubbish company.

Total Scam

Nov 2022, I ordered a pair of headphones for $34.99 off of a Tik Tok ad. Today, while I was downloading banking transactions for my taxes, I noticed that there was a reoccurring charge for $23.47 was being taken out of my account automatically for a total of 12 months totalling $281.64. I have no record of receiving an email with a username and password, but evidently, I was signed up for a subscription without my knowledge.....for what, I have no idea? I asked for a refund today and was told that I had 18 days to unclick the subscription box on an email they supposedly sent me, (which I never received)...it's not even in my spam folder. Very shady practice. I ended up spending $316.63 for a crappy pair of headphones, that I don't even use. I will never ever order anything from this company again or Tik Tok.

F#ckedup scammers

Don't ever buy from this company, you think you are buying one product. They send you a confirmation email and a password for an account they create for you even though you did not ask for one. Now, if you do not log into this account within 18 days and uncheck a box that offers you a trail subscription for half price, you get charged every month $61.65 au until you cancel it. There is nowhere on the correspondence saying you have to log in and uncheck the box in 18 days. This is their way of scamming you out of your money. They should clearly state this on the same email as the password and account they create for you. If I had of known about this, I would have logged in immediately and unchecked this box and would not have been charged twice 2 months in a row. Enjoy your free $125.60 you made from this scam. Aholes.

I was scammed by them

I was scammed by them. I bought a product but they sent it to a different address and never even helped to fix the problem. They say I am the one who has to do it. I tried, but no answer by the courier THEY hired. And they insist I have to solve the problem. How?? Dont know.
Now I dont have the product and they are not giving my money back.
I absolutely NOT recomend them.

Error money deducted from credit card.…

I have just discovered Gamersharp have deducted money from my credit card. I have not ordered anything from them since July this year. I emailled them today asking for reimbursement and await response. Hopefully they will do the correct thing especially as I am a pensioner.
