This company is a fraudster. They sell you crap Bluetooth headphones, get your credit card details and keep deducting varying amounts in the tune of NZ$60 per month. Stay away

I couldn't find the way for canceling the membership so I had to block my card. Unfortunately the headsets that I I ordered are not good quality.

I never received my ear buds I purchased. Warning to anybody don't trust this company.

It seems I am getting money taken out of my bank account by this company on a regular basis and I don't know what for? What a scam

This company is a scam. I purchased a set of headphones and unwittingly appear to have agreed to them taking an additional $US 39.47 per month.
To make matters worse the headphones are rubbish.

Apparently you sign up for a membership with this company. They tried taking money on 3 separate times all different amounts. And the product was crap, talking about the Bluetooth ear. Volume sucks and instructions came in a different language. Never will I recommend this product or company. More than 100% agree with this statement. It’s very very very enormous scam please alert. You will not get any refund how to stop this scam. I spoke them they told me that they close my membership no charge in future but still charged how should I stop this scam. Never never ever ever recommend and trust this.

Ordered some bras, had not received shipping details so googled them, found bad reviews on here, so logged in and saw that they had signed me up for a monthly direct debit. Thankfully was able to cancel before the second payment came out. Assume I won't receive my items!

This website is a BIG Scam. My mum bought a bra and never arrived charged her 30 euros. But the scariest thing is that they activate a membership and she was going to be charged 40 euros every two weeks. I have managed to deactivate and now she will have to replace her credit card just in case they will carry on with the stilling.

Ordered two sets of headphones and then started having monthly payments coming out at around $60AUD per month. After the 1st payment, I was able to speak with someone and logged into the portal and cancelled membership. Today I notice that 2 more payments have come out since then. These people are fraudulent. The website no longer exists either.

I ordered and paid for two of the TWS Bluetooth 5.2 Bone Conduction Headphones IPX5 Waterproof on 04 headphone on April 17th. I wanted to cancel the order on the same day but they said it was too late. Took me over 2 weeks to get my orders.
The quality of the headphones are not as expected

Fast forward. On June 5th. I saw there is charges on my MasterCard and I found out this company has been charging me membership . I was not told there is a 18 days free membership trial follow along $39.47 USD monthly fee that would automatically charge on the credit card at all. This company is not upfront about it and we are upset the way how they just assumed people want to pay for the monthly fee without their consent. This is absolutely wrong way to do business.

I ordered "TWS Bluetooth 5.2 Bone Conduction Headphones IPX5 Waterproof" for about 30 EUR. Instead, they supplied BL-09 headphones which have very low volume, a total lack of bass and are not bone conducting at all. Then they refused to agree to their 30 day return policy. Moreover they charged SEK400 = EUR 40 per month for two months for a "membership fee". I wrote several times, got back EUR 40, wrote the following and I got back the other EUR 40. (But no money for the headphones).

It seems that you are not aware of Mastercard’s updated rules on subscription ordering and billing.

When I placed my order, you did not display the price and frequency of the subscription as per Mastercard’s Transaction Processing rules, 5.4.1 below.

Therefore, please refund also the remaining SEK 400.00 without delay, and change your order page on all your web sites accordingly, before I file a complaint to Mastercard.
