I purchased the gamesir g7 pro wuchang fallen feathers edition for use wireless on xbox series x.
I will say that the setup process was quick and easy using the gamesir nexus app downloaded on the Xbox. The controller feels solid in your hands, works great, and the setup options are great. I did have a minor issue that was solved immediately through there phenomenal live customer support through their Discord channel. My questions were answered within a couple minutes and the customer service rep. Robin was knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful to deal with. Would I recommend this controller? Absolutely! And I have to several people and I bought aa G7 pro for my son for Christmas. Im sure he will love it.

honestly the greatest xbox controller i have ever got for the price it really is worth it i love the feeling of all the buttons on the controller it also genuinely improved how I do on certain games like cod and rainbow six siege. the customer service aswell is also the best of the best customer servicd

Having watched a few reviews on Youtube I decided to give Gamesir a try.
I got the GameSir G7 Pro WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers Edition.
Have used it for about two weeks now, so far I'm impressed with it.
The software that you use to edit button functions is easy to use and works well. The docking station with built in USB for the dongle is brilliant.
The controller is ever so slightly smaller than the elite but a fair bit lighter, fits my grown-man hands fine.

So if you are looking for a change, I would definitely recommend giving one a try.

I have the G7 Pro and upon receiving it yesterday, I must say it is a very good controller with good build quality and really nice vibrations. Had a technical issue with the controller and then contacted the discord customer support and they were really helpful. 100% recommend gamesir and the support is very helpful.

I bought a Gamesir G8+ last month but unfortunately the down button on dpad wasn't responsive. I contacted Gamesir and they responded pretty quickly. We went through all the possible issues that my controller might be having but unfortunately even updating the software on my controller wasn't working. They sent another one and I just got it today. Gamesir truly care about their customers and of course you have to provide proof that there's an issue which I did and everything went smoothly. Thank you Gamesir and to all the representatives that helped me. I greatly appreciate it

Fantastic controller, very high quality and premium feeling for a great cost. Customer service is incredible, someone from their team helped me troubleshoot a technical issue (that ended up being unrelated to the controller) for about 2 hours. Great experience, will be using these controllers for a long time and recommend them for both casual and professional gamers.

Honestly have been a user of this brand for 2 years more and have nothing but great things I had a simple firmware issue and they had it fixed within less then a hour 10/10 service

Took a while to get my warranty going but i did appreciate the service and customer support provided in game sirs discord. So, if you guys are struggling with your warranty being claimed through email skip the step and head over to their discord the service provided there is much better.
