Excellent hardware and service

Excellent hardware, and I had some issues with codes already redeemed and after reaching Customer service they helped me almost instantly and provided new ones

I recommend this brand, best in hardware and service

Can't fault Gamesir at all!

Can't fault Gamesir at all, I've had a controller with them for the past two years so I recently decided to buy the new Cyclone 2. Unfortunately the right trigger stop wasn't recognizing every press, so I contacted Gamesir and they immediately sent out a replacement after sending over a little proof. Really can't fault the company and the controllers are a great build quality for an unbelievable price!

gamesir g7se: the controller is very good for completive game and the feel of the controller is a little weird but you will get used to it and start to really like the feel of the controller i would recommend the controller and if you need any support i would join their discord they are very fast responding and very helpful

Gamesir makes excellent gamepad and provides the best customer experience

Gamesir makes excellent controllers, the best in their price segment both in terms of quality and service. I'm very glad that after a long search for the perfect gamepad, I chose the G7 Pro from GameSir for myself. In addition, I want to note the excellent feedback from the community and live support in discord. This is the first company in my memory that cares so much about its customers. I had a problem with the gamepad after a failed firmware update, I contacted support in discord and They helped me fix everything in just 3 minutes! Honestly, I don't think I would have had the same experience if I had purchased a gamepad from the same flydigi. I highly recommend that you take a closer look at gamesir products.

Had an issue with a new controller…

Had an issue with a new controller after a FW update. Contacted gamesir who walked me through some troubleshooting steps and ultimately sent me a new controller. I love the controller and was very happy how they handled the situation.

Great experience - Quality Controllers

One of the best brands when it comes to controllers.

They have a wide selection, across different platform (PC, Switch, Xbox and mobile), ranging from the budget options (with great value and quality) to the high end "pro" options (TMR sticks and the works).

But what makes the brand really shine, is their costumer service and after-sale. They get behind their warranty, replacing any defective controller (whether upon arrival or after awhile). And they response fast (they say it takes 36 hours to respond, but usually they will respond within 24 hours)

All in all, I had great experience with GameSir and will definitely keep buying their products.

I had gotten a G7 Pro Wuchang edition…

I had gotten a G7 Pro Wuchang edition ordered on 21st of September and delivered on the 3rd of October and within 2 months of use the right trigger mouse click response had become delayed or no response at all. And I reached out to gamesir through email Instagram and discord to make sure I was doing the most I could also do to fix the controller and within a couple hours I had gotten a reply back just needing proof of malfunction and they were shipping a new one. So I was glad to see the care and time taken to make sure customers are satisfied.

G7 Pro Wu Chang edition

I bought a G7 Pro Wu Chang edition. Right out of the box it had some right stick issues where it would pull to the left really hard. Contacted customer support. It took me a while go navigate through email, and then discord but they were very helpful every step of the way and incredibly fast on reply. Gamesir is the only controller I’ll be using from here on out. Outstanding!

Superb Customer Support

I ordered a black G7 Pro from their global shop. Its one hell of a controller but there was just one problem. Right Bumper wasnt fully functional. I reached out to them and told about it. They immediately offered a full refund or a free replacement. I prefered a replacement and told them it would be nice if it was the white version They sent white version for free and covered half of my taxes. ( They covered half of it first time as well). And there was a tiny bumper problem again in new one but it was totaly acceptable, rarely happening. I told them about it and they refunded me like %80 percent back for it even tho I didnt request anything like that. They really do care for their customers and its so refreshing to see something nowadays. A company who backs their customers up like that. It was both blessing and super fun shopping from them. Hope their company grows even bigger. Forza Gamesir!

Legitimate company with 5star customer…

Legitimate company with 5star customer service and response time. They currently are making the best controllers on the market, not perfect but they strive to do their best and keep prices reasonable.
