I warn you against purchasing from this seller and I don't understand how he can have 4.8 positive reviews?! Order placed on Monday 20th January for £250 billed for £301. The telephone number provided on the store's website is either outdated or false. I sent several emails and he replied that if I couldn't wait, he could cancel the order. Yesterday I sent him an e-mail for the last time with information that if he did not send the package today, he should cancel the order, but of course the order was not sent and I did not receive any message. Total scam and shitty customer service. Shocking, it was the first time I encountered such a situation, I remember 4.8 stars? I warn you and I do not recommend it. Parcels arrive from China faster and customer service is competent and professional. Thank you.

I’ve used GameSoldSeparately before and like most other reviewers I had a good experience - excellent on price, speedy delivery and great communication.

Returning to them I’ve found it quite the opposite to my first purchase - my card was charged shortly after placing my order but over a week later I’ve had nothing arrive or even an email to say it has been dispatched. I even emailed asking for an order update and didn’t get a response…

Such a shame as they’re so competitive on price and seem to typically have great customer service so I can only wonder what happened on this occasion.

Game arrived perfectly on time for release, in perfect condition as well as being far cheaper than other sites!

Wow can not fault this site at all I was worried about not receiving a delivery day are date when I placed my order thought it could of been scammed I sent an email and got reply same day told me would be dispatched and I'll have it Thursday and boom he was bang on got email from Royal Mail saying it will be here for 3pm was home just before 3 from work and the postman literally just turned up so happy defo use again thanks for good service
