Gamesoldseparately is the best place to buy from - full stop. I've preordered games with them on 3 occasions now over the course of the past year and every time they've delivered on or before the due date with good communication. I've contacted via email on several occasions and they're always fast to reply and eager to help, as well as being polite. Even if the game was late you have a pre-order guarantee that most other places don't offer where you get money back as credit by way of apology. This is on top of the fact that they always seem to provide the cheapest prices I can find for preorders. Login can be done using the shop app which makes it really easy to login and track orders. I'm just about to place my 4th order with them now.

Ordered collectors edition Dec 2023. Game was released March 2024. A week after release I asked for an update on the shipping date at which point they told me the order had been cancelled due to supplier not providing stock. What good is pre-ordering if stock quota cant be met?

I asked why I had not been contacted sooner so I could source a replacement provider and no explanation was given.

DO NOT USE if you care about actually getting what you order!

The product arrived with a slight ding on the packaging not the fault I assume of the business but maybe in shipping but overall was fine

Price was good but my pre-order arrived late which was a bit frustrating. Also the case was damaged and some of the clips inside broken but that is more likely a Royal Mail issue.

The game was cheaper to pre-order on this site than anywhere else, which was great obviously. Unfortunately, it arrived two days after the release date, which was less than ideal considering it was a hotly anticipated game for me. I wholeheartedly recommend this site as long as you aren't concerned about punctuality. If you are, purchase at your own risk.

Game turned up day after release date. No idea why it was late but got quick response from my email from the owner with discount on next purchase so happy with the quick resolution. Will use again
