A trustworthy shop, but...
In my experience it is a trustworthy shop. They delivered the game key I wanted for the amount that was advertised. However, they asked for a "one-time payment check" due to "persistent fraud cases with online payment services". Now, they asked to send a copy of your id-card or passport and an id-shot. I refused and asked for a refund, but they answered that in this case the check would not be necessary, so they sent me the game key, so everything was fine.

Everything was as advertised.Payed, received codes and they work.Quick and easy.Only thing i don't like is that they ask for a copy of your ID.So i took a picture with it and blurred all the sensitive information, and told them if the data is not enough to verify its me just delete the order.But check was ok and they came threw.

False information and product undelivered
The product page states delivery states delivery within 5 to 15 minutes. Verification has been done for 7 hours and I have yet to receive the product. I have also sent an email to support, but all I have heard from them is that I may have to wait up to 48 hours and that replies may take a while because of Christmas and New Year (this last bit of information was stated in German only, even though the domain is British and the website is avaliable in English), so since they don't work on weekends and the replies are delayed because of the holidays, I'm guessing a reply will be sent on January 2nd at the earliest? That's way more than the 5 to 15 minutes or even 48 hours from the moment of purchase stated. That's just false information. Combine that with information written in a foreign language only and you've got a 1-star review right there. I hope it doesn't get worse. I don't want to have to take other measures.
