scammers indians they dont give me my money back dont trust this website guys

I had over $120 on my balance and requested a withdrawal more than 3 days ago, but it was never processed. The support is terrible — they keep replying with the same useless message: “We are not the ones doing refunds”.

If no one in the team handles refunds, then who does? Every time I ask for help, they just copy and paste the same response and close the chat. Totally unprofessional and disappointing.

I’ve asked politely many times, but nothing has been resolved. It honestly feels like a scam, because they took my money and stopped responding properly.

Bought a Turkish card, 3d doesn’t work on it and support is closing my tickets with no response. Seems like they gave me a card that either doesn’t work / is stolen

I've had a pending withdrawal for several days and it's not progressing beyond that.

a year ago its not scam at all and now this is SCAM, I got kicked from discord and they dont send the funds to my binance, scum scammer

Banned me for no reason. They are being very rude, ive spent over 1000$ and 200$ in just cards but they banned me and when i asked them why they said "you know why" and banned me from discord server and website chat.

i sold game currency and wanted to withdraw the money they said i will get the money in the day after 1 day i write to them and they said their bank accounts are suspended then i said i want to withdraw it from crypto then and they ignored me

Just want people out there to know that this site was good but it is a total SCAM. If you are transacting small amount, they play immediate support and does everything. But the moment you put in a little bit of more amount, they will take your money, block your from support chat and even close discord support system. All way of reaching them are all fake or irresponsive. As you all can see many people already lost so much, DON'T USE this site. Devs and people involved are worst than anything alive. A total Trash. Not worth a star but yeah can't go - so, it's a SCAM people! Don't fall for it.

The website is a pure scam, when i tried to withdrawal my money it never did

also whenever i make support tickets they are getting closed and i was blocked from support feature int he site.

I used today this site's services and everything was perfect and on time. Yes its not the best developed site in the world but it gets the job done. I hope they fix their problems as other customers mentioned cause i really enjoyed their services.

* My card was cancelled and had 520 Turkish liras in it and it was not refunded. After about two months, their system was modified and the card issuance service was restored. The card issuance fees were increased, which is not good to cancel customers cards and ask them to issue them again with higher fees than before, noting that the expiration date of the previous card was 2031.

* After this bad service, there was approximately $3.90 in my account and I requested to withdraw the amount since 07-20-2025 and until now the amount has not been returned. I spoke in the chat with the site’s support and he said to wait for the financial department. Unfortunately, after contacting with technical support in chat, they banned me from using chat and that's ridiculous.

So be a ware from this site and do not deposit big amount. no one will save or secure your money maybe will fly in a day :)
