This company took my money used to pay for a balance reload, and denied the order without any refunds. Customer support just left the chat when asked why they did this. Absolutely do not trust this scam of a business.

This website is a SCAMMER.I requested a withdrawal on July 14, 2025. The date is now September 5, 2025, and the funds have still not been sent.I used this site for about a year and there were constant problems with payments.Finally, they stole everyone's money one last time and ran away.DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

I sold 1 b on Albion online, and I didn’t get a clear answer from anyone to get my money back, all I know about is that they are telling us that withdrawals are suspended and that we have to wait. And when you are asking them what to do they are making you cancel your ticket and deny to help you with that the issue that u may have. Weirdly when it’s about to buy u don’t get any trouble but when it’s to get your money. They have issues to transfert it

Bought a VCC card which is not working. Card was never charged and refused to refund and withdraw my money that I had loaded into the card.

After i sold them around 1 bil silver of a game called albion they refuse to pay saying withdrawals have been temporarily suspended due to an ongoing audit on our accounts.
They also stated that payments will be processed as soon as the situation is resolved.
and its been 3 days pass i try to send msg to the finance team but no answer after i open tickets for refund they ban me

They claim their bank accounts are under review and haven't made payments for about a month. However, trading continues on the site. There's no information about the payment issue. They're buying products from suppliers even though they can't make payments. When I contact live support, I get no response. I'm just told to wait patiently.

15 days and they still haven't paid me, claiming they're having financial problems, run away from this site

They took the ingame currency and didn't pay for it " Our accounts are under audit" and it turned out they were under audit for months and didn't pay any of the sellers

This is a known scamming website. They've scammed hundreds of people. This is a massive Turkish scamming operation.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS, YOU WILL GET SCAMMED SOONER OR LATER.

If you contact support, you'll only receive rude or annoyed responses. Very disappointing experience overall. I strongly advise everyone not to buy from Gamesupplements. Use alternatives like “Hexacard” instead – much more reliable.

They are scammers. I have a withdrawal that is pending for more than 2 weeks. Do not sell them gold from any game

Absolutely, do not use this site under any circumstances. In recent years, all they've done is fail to pay for the products they purchase, constantly coming up with excuses and problems. I strongly recommend avoiding it.

They never want to deposit my money. They are scammers. They say their accounts are under review, but they still continue to make purchases and steal people's money.

i'm still waiting for payment for a product I sold to these people, who don't tell you that you can't withdraw your money from the site because they're under audit.

I don't recommend selling or depositing money into the site because they won't give you a response.
