I’ve been with this group since there was only about 50 members. Ive had some great swaps by some great people! Here is to many more.

Owners a melt, makes random numbers up to please his ego, pushes so many overpriced raffles to pay forbhis easter holidays.

Ran out of cash on holiday so even pushed another Raffle out.

Such a stingy melt tried to get all his member to sign up on cashapp to make free £5 or £10 each only after getting called out did he say I'll give some to charity. But we know this never happened as whenever he does something like this he plasters it all over the group. This time he didn't.

Guy needs a reality check.

Such a shame started out as a promising and good community game swapping service. Sadly I was removed by an rather irate and dictatory group owner Daryl for expressing my concerns regarding the predatory gambling practices. He feels its fair to post and advertise a number of raffles at around 100-120% mark ups which the proceeds after the prices are going to himself. Upsettingly (though not directly his fault) after speaking to a number of people and seeing other negative reviews it seems that people think this is going to Great Ormond street, though there has been fundraisers in the past. But these are just ridiculously high marked up Gambling actions to line the pockets of the groups Admin.

Daryl was quiet rude and angry at me commenting regarding him posting 200 tickets at £0.50 for a game from the Nintendo direct, one of them being only £35 to preorder, to a max of £50. meaning he's pocketing £50-65 for himself, which he's doing these a few times a week with price funds going up to new PS5's and steamdecks at £350-450. The ticket sales for these coming to a total fund collected of £1,000, I assume none of this is being declared to HMRC.
Is a such a shame but the site has very little activity, He claims to have saved the UK Millions of pounds since 2021, Which lets say 2021 and the least that Million would be is £2,000,000 and he's been trading at the most 30 Months at an massively over generous average price per game of £50 he's claiming to have had over 1,300 trades a month, 45 a day which is just ridiculous, seeing the activity on the page and the site.

The owner and leader Daryl Williams seems to just remove people and bans people like me who speak up against him or the group. I know people who have been directly harassed by Daryl by personal message for express an opinions on these raffles on another group, which I believe he got shut down for running raffles. Posting in the group about having to remove people for speaking against him, and having opinions against him asking people to post positive trust pilot reviews as this person posted a negative one. Which when the comments were being critical of this he removed the post.

Again its a shame as the swapping aspect was a good idea and worked well, but there is a lack of activity and just a bombardment of his raffles.
Honestly it felt like it was ran by a cult leader or oppressive dictator at some points, he comes of nice and charismatic till you speak against him then your for it. He's been called out for an opinion that he does not agree with or because its called out his predatory and rather ridiculous raffles for a source of income. It seems people enjoy it and I had stayed quiet and did not engage with them for a long time but with how many get posted I had to say something. As of June 2023 he said he raised £50,000 worth of price for members this is in a short window of a few month. which with his mark ups means he's pocketed £50-60,000 I wonder if HMRC know about this, and if its been income he's declared?

"Yes HMRC are fully aware I file tax returns every year :) and I said 2-300 swaps are being done a month. Maybe learn to read correctly?

This review just sticks of jealousy. Enjoy your dead end job while I rake it in sitting on my ar se :p.

what has been created is amazing. Traded in the past and never had any issues. The raffles are also well organised with great communication.

Would highly recommend to any one.

Great service being offered here, and it's simple and easy to use. The community is also really friendly and there are opportunities to take part in giveaways, raffles etc which go toward helping out local charities.

Been a Member since the start and GSSuk has been nothing but a god send for me. Never had any issues and have saved hundreds of £££ . Amazing app and mods who are always willing top help with anything you might need!

It's been so great been swapping since the early day. And later bought games from the sales feed and won a switch oled from the regular raffle. I've been able to play so much more games and save so much money can't recommend enough

Top group. Fund raising for charities and opptunities to get great selection of prizes, and chance to swap out games you've already had a chance to play to get to try other games for a fraction of the price.

Absolutely amazing. The concept of swapping games instead of selling them for less than they are worth at other places is genius. I have around 9 or 10 completed swaps with no issues at all. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend using this company.

Been a member now for about 3 years swapped over 15 games. Trusted swapper/trader weeds out potential scammers who unfortunately leave bad reviews out of bitterness. Try for yourself initially you can only swap with trusted member who has been peer confirmed as receiving and sending games.

I’ve been a member from the very beginning, have had many great experiences and even made some friends through the app. I’ve traded and sold through GSSUK, the platform is incredibly easy to use, targeted to a specific audience and run by an incredibly generous and kind person. He has used this platform to not only make sure gamers get their worth for their games and consoles but also raise money for Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital. Plus, not only are we swapping and selling, there’s raffles too where you can win great prizes. Overall, I can’t recommend GSSUK, the community and Daryl more.

I’ve been a member of the game swap shop for quite a while now and have made a 6/7 swaps. The other members of the community are fab, not only offering games to swap but also for anything you may need advice about. A brilliant, well thought out platform!

Great for all your game swap needs, no console left behind! Love being able to swap games with others without having a middleman like CEX.

Participate in raffles too, few a week with different prizes available and run through Raffall.

All this, while raising money for an amazing charity Gt Ormond St.

Amazing service! We have swapped several games with no hassle at all. Saving an absolute fortune on buying new each time.

Used GSSUK since day 1, great work for charities and the raffles are great! If you just want to chance it on the raffles the odds of winning are better than any others and if you've got a game or 2 but your local game store offers pennies for it there is always someone who's willing to give you the game your looking for.
