The prices were pretty reasonable for a playoff game, but didn't like that I had to download another APP to get my tickets vs just using Gametime APP. So that was a pain in the butt.

I'm so sorry for your frustration in this situation! MLB requires all of their tickets to live on their instance of Ticketmaster, so you will have to log into to an account there with the same email address you purchased the tickets with. I will shoot you a text and see if i can help you before your game.
As a reminder, we are a ticket marketplace, we do not own the inventory of tickets so you have to access them on the platform they exist on that the seller transferred them to you.

Extremely poor customer support
Extremely poor customer support! Although my game ticket purchase went smoothly, my parking pass was a nightmare. I received an email stating that I would be receiving another email with the link for the parking pass which I never received. I tried the online chat numerous times but kept getting disconnected. I ended up paying for parking in person at the stadium. When I called Gametime later that evening I was told that I accepted the link that was never sent to my email and there was nothing they could/would do for me. I can not accept a link that is never emailed to me!(yes I checked Spam) I also asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that I would receive another email email within 24 hours from a supervisor, 2 days later and I am still waiting!

I like Gametime when I need last minute…
I like Gametime when I need last minute tickets. I have used them a few times to get tickets to local sports games the day of the game. They take some fees but they are reliable and I like the rating system that lets me find the tickets that are the best deal.

Ist time using gametime. It did not disappoint. Better than seat geek, stubhub or any other 3rd party app when buying concert tickets. The tickets were transferred instantly after payment was made. 10 out of 10.
