The prices were pretty reasonable for a playoff game, but didn't like that I had to download another APP to get my tickets vs just using Gametime APP. So that was a pain in the butt.

No customer service, and no tickets, do not use
No customer service at all. Tickets did not work. They said I needed to work it out with Ticketmaster, Ticketmaster say I need to work it out with Gametime. Wasted hours of my life. No tickets and no refund. Do not use them.

Faulty ticket
The ticket I got showed “ticket already used” when the workers scanned it at the timberwolves game. I thought it was your job to make sure we get a valid ticket. I faced the high possibility of being denied entry but was let in due to the kindness of the lady scanning the tickets after explaining to her.
