The prices were pretty reasonable for a playoff game, but didn't like that I had to download another APP to get my tickets vs just using Gametime APP. So that was a pain in the butt.

We bought tickets on the same day of the event…as is advertised on the site as the place to get last minute tickets…we bought them and they cancelled the tickets at the last minute…completely unprofessional and destroyed our evening…will NEVER use them again

This was my first time using it
This was my first time using it, and the technology of multiple apps to log into or create new accounts baffled me. I had difficulty trying to access my tickets, spent way too much time trying, and my daughter finally figured it out. Im too old for this stuff. On the plus side, I got the tickets, enjoyed the game.

Amanda Fan Happiness
Big shout out to Amanda from fan happiness she was so attentive and helpful and truly understanding. She made my overall experience so much better and will be continuing to use game time because of her. So many other representatives through the chat support quit on me and Amanda didn’t. She believed me and escalated my issue to the appropriate.
I had an issue with my initial seats that ultimately were obstructed and weren’t listed as such upon initial purchase hence reaching out to fan happiness team. Multiple reps couldn’t figure the issue or bother to look into it as far as she did.
