Order never came
I ordered on 10 March. By 28 March it was still not delivered and I sent an email. No response. Another email on 30 March. No response. It's now 3 April.

Placed order before Christmas. I have not received my package. Have spoken to company and been promised a replacement would be sent. That was over a week ago, and still no package has been received or a refund. No communication from them.

Hoodie is good quality and soft inside, with two surprise mini-pockets inside the kangaroo pocket. My question about Christmas delivery times was answered promptly and the item arrived within the expected time. My son is delighted with it.

Easy to order. Prompt delivery.
But my T-shirt was stuck together, which I presume would of happened when the transfer was applied. I carefully pulled apart with no damage. Something you may wish to check before sending to the customer.
