I opted for a BBL Brazilian butt lift…
I opted for a BBL Brazilian butt lift but I have been left with hard and painful lumps in my buttocks. I can’t sleep or walk properly or do my job as a yoga teacher. I’m on constant pain when they flare up. The filler solidified and now I’m left with long term damage. The clinic will not take responsibility.

We treated Helen Barefoot as above, after her treatment she did not pay us and therefore set up a payment plan to pay £250/month. She only paid for one month and then stopped paying. Several months later she complained of lumps and severe pain in her butt, we reviewed her and on examination did not find any significant lumps, tenderness or redness, despite this we injected her with hyalase. She did not pay for this either as she insisted it was our fault. She was happy for a few weeks then started complaining of similar symptoms again ie severe pain and lumps. We asked her to pay for the second review and she refused to do so and then wrote this review. I think we went above the call of duty for someone who received treatment in good faith and refused to pay for it
