Arborvitaes arrived healthy
Arborvitaes arrived well-packaged and healthy. I planted them the same day and gave them a good water and they have doing very good so far. I would purchase from this company again.

Both viburnum were very well packaged and once I received the tracking info they arrived the next day. All in all from ordering to receiving the plows 7-8 days.

Bad customer service
My first time ordering the dwarf English boxwoods went fantastic. They were shipped properly and were a great size for a 2 gallon container. I was so happy that I ordered 2 more. Here's where the problem started. I was excited to receive the 2nd package until I opened the box. They were still packaged great, but they were a third of the size of the first order. They were basically a 1 gallon plant (barely) in a 2 gallon pot. I was not happy. I've emailed three times, the only response I received was that they source their products from different nurseries. My response was I was not concerned where it was sourced from, but from the drastic size difference between the 2 orders. I asked for either a refund for a 1 gallon pot or 2 actual 2 gallon pots as a replacement. I haven't had a response to that one in 3 weeks. Very poor customer service...
