I recently ordered a set of shower-proof fitted cushions for my Keter outdoor patio set from Gardenista. I was a bit concerned that the Company does not supply a contact telephone number, as I really dislike Web chat. However I needn't have worried because the cushions arrived by next day delivery, even though the postage was free!! They are of brilliant quality, very comfortable, and they fit my chairs and sofa like a glove. They were well wrapped and packed, and I love the colour. I will have no hesitation in ordering more products from Gardenista in the future. What a cracking find!

The seat cushions were slightly smaller…
The seat cushions were slightly smaller than those they replaced and had tie tags which I was not expecting and did not want
Also website has tab for outdoor (open air) bean bags but when you click on it there's nothing ... if you don't make / supply them take them off the website please!

Zips failed after 15 months and customer experience disappear
Bought 14 cushions. One of the zips failed after 15 months. These are advertised as being 'Built to last, with durable construction" Initially they couldn't find the original order and then hid behind the 12 month warranty. When I said I wanted to exercise my consumer rights for a replacement or repair they stopped replying.
