Starting taking their microbiome once a day recently and feeling huge improvements to my general health. I have tried other formulas in the past but didnt really feel that much of a difference.
Haven’t tried their other products but have heard good things about them in general.

The only thing is you sent me an email offering a 20% off deal at the same time that I’d just spotted a 25%off deal which I used instead. I would have been happier to have received your 20%off deal at a different time when there wasn’t another deal on. These women’s probiotics are really expensive and any help to help make them affordable for me is very welcome. 😀

Great Products/Difficult Operations
Great Products, but have to buy in advance as they go out of stock so regularly its making me rely on sub -standard alternatives. Trying to chase a lost package was also difficult. Why not just sell directly in the UK?

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Items lost by their delivery team. Not taking appropriate action - having to peruse money through my credit card company.
Claiming it’s delivered yet cannot provide evidence. An incredible waste of my time.
Summary:
-Claiming it’s been delivered. It has not.
-Unable to provide me any photo evidence of it being delivered to the flat on the delivery address. Just stating “it’s been delivered” - but they don’t actually know where.
-If you can’t provide evidence of delivery to the specified address you have two choices. Redeliver or refund. You and your delivery team have all the information you need to investigate this in the background - it’s not my concern.
This is theft of my money.

Discount Code Unusable
The price of the items has recently increased, and I was disappointed that I couldn’t use my discount code because the total cost fell just short of the £60 needed for free delivery. The free delivery option for purchasing two items is no longer valid, and to make things worse, the subscription option no longer exists, which makes the deal less appealing overall.
