Good value for money, but seeds took 3 weeks to arrive and was one packet short. It took a further 3 weeks to receive the missing packet( No quibble).
Seed packets were all in Polish and unless you are an experienced gardener you may have difficulty in understanding how to treat seeds.
Overall pleased with my purchases.

I ordered two bird feeders on 15th January 2021. Money was taken from my account but the goods never arrived. All correspondence requesting information has been ignored. I have now requested a refund. This company appears to be dishonest.

Ordered seeds on 6th Feb for delivery to Ireland. They were sent within 24 hours and arrived here on the 17th Feb. (complete with the usual dates for sowing etc in pictures).

Very good quality of soil. My friend recommended me this site and I’m satisfied both with shipping and my order. Professional seller. Goods well packed, nothing got damaged. I was provided with all information on how to use each product. Thanks.

I just received my order and I would and will buy from them again. Great selection, great prices. They don't tell you up front but this stuff is coming from Poland so it takes a bit of time to arrive. Mine about 1month and they were very helpful when I emailed them. And yes, the packaging is in polish but honestly people, if you have to read instructions on planting seeds you have no business gardening.

Seeds arrived in an acceptable time to the uk.
I have read some bad reviews about this company’s delivery times that may put people off.
I buy a lot of seeds from different suppliers and have found that during the pandemic 2weeks + is not unusual in the uk to the uk so two to three weeks from Poland is not bad. Communication could be better but still a satisfied customer will use again

My order never shows up and the phonenumber is fake. All fake!

I have ordered seeds (£45) and received them within 2 weeks in very good packaging. Fast delivery even with the new Brexit complications receiving European post to the UK. I am very satisfied

I have ordered a few things in preorder which means that the prices were cheaper and I could get my package before the season has started. I am very satisfied with packing. Nothing got damaged and the seller added some extras:) Thanks for that!

I ordered before looking at the reviews here. If I had done so, I’d probably think twice before ordering. Anyways, I got my order on time even one day earlier than expected! The only down side is that the seeds instructions are all in polish. Which isn’t a problem since I got them on sale 40% off and cheaper than anywhere I looked. I might update my review once I planted it and see the germination rate. So far I’m satisfied

my order 746658,does not appear on their web site.no confirmation by email of my order.on their web site there is no record of my order.but they promptly took out £18.83 for my seed order.thus there is no guarantee my order will arrive.I want my money back.
tuesday,2nd of february.thank you for the delivery of my seed order,which arrived today,3 days after my complaint.please note,all seed packets must be translated from polish.I would point out for your business to grow well ,and profitably,your customer service must improve to be as good,if not better,than your rivals.

Huge range of seeds, including some rare and heirloom varieties, good quality and reasonable prices. Items were sent quickly and securely packed, and I would definitely use them again. Please note that some packets only have descriptions/instructions in Polish - it's a Polish company!

I have not received my package, while they promised delivery within 4-7 days. It has now been nearly four weeks.

The Polish postal service doesn't give me any updates.

The company has promised to look into it, but I have not heard anything since.

English website, dispatch from Poland which was a surprise, no response to emails, finally arrived after three weeks, no English instruction on the seed packages

I have had replaced an order for 10 days ago without receiving any order confirmation mail. They already had charged me for the order the same day I replaced the order. I have wrote to them 3 times asking if they could send me order confirming mail, unfortunately without any reply. This shop is fake. Don’t waste your money, buy somewhere else.

Ordered seeds at the end of October and have just now,(end of December)received a refund.This after being very patient and waiting months for my order. The company did do well on the communication side of it but I wouldn’t recommend them unless you are in Poland.

Would have been a 5 star review but they screwed up my order. Order 6 packs of 6 swing top bottles two weeks ago but was slightly delayed by the border being closed. When they finally arrived today the packing sheet said 6/6 but only 4 packs were present. A shame because the bottles are quite good. Tried calling their customer services but was sent to an O2 answering machine. EDIT: After trying to resolve the issue via email, they lied to me and claimed the box was packaged with all 6 packs. I know this was a lie because it was physically impossible for them to fit all 6 packs in the box that they shipped. Situation has still not been resolved.

this company, charges and does not send any goods, you get cheated. a joke!!!
