I bought a Gard Pro Ultra 3 watch. Everything was working ok, then the apps stopped showing me "sleep data" and sometimes showed no data at all. Got in contact with Gard Pro help service and the technician, sent me step by step on how to delete the old apps and installed a completely new Apps which is working real well now.

This is my 2nd watch, I bought the ultra and was very happy with it- replaced the wife’s failing Fitbit with the health watch and again super pleased. Great service, quality and value in comparison to the brands! Best part is the huge battery life !

Device not arrived
I ordered a device from Gard Pro on 23rd September and was given a delivery window of 3 to 6 working days via Evri the courier.
Despite numerous backwards and forwards communications via email promising priority attention etc it still has not been received.
I am beyond waiting any longer or wasting my time on emails and have requested a refund asap. Very disappointed with the service.

Gard pro is amazing
Gard pro is amazing. It has a long battery life of 10 days. To get the 10 days i have mine go black screen in 5 seconds. I have a very expensive $600 smart watch and it costs a subscription to use all its functions and battery life is 1 day. . Gard pro is totally free of subscriptions which i love. It has all the features I need and you can change the faces. I personally put a beach scene from my phone gallery. It's amazing. Can be used in digital or analogue. Mine took 3 weeks to turn up but was worth the wait.
