Flawless first purchase
My first purchase was flawless. I have been drinking Graham's 10-year for a while in the USA, so I knew the wine well. Now that I live in Italy, Garrafinhas provided a reasonable price and flawless delivery. I am hooked

Excellent in every way.
Website - Very clear and easy to navigate.
Customer service was exceptional. When only 11 of the 12 bottles I ordered were available, I got a personal phone call offering me the choice of a substitute (even better) or a refund for the one bottle.
The wine was delivered very quickly with no issues.
Excellent business and I will be a happy return customer and will be happy to highly recommend it to others.
