Refused return for damaged goods

I DO NOT recommend ordering from Garvee. I ordered a kids 12V ATV and it arrived broken. When I emailed the to replace broken parts they informed me that it would be a 1-2 month wait as they were out of stock. I requested a return with a refund as it was a birthday present and didn’t want to wait. They said they would issue a return label. I didn’t hear back from them for a week and wrote to follow up and they said they found the part but that the warehouse staff was on holiday for a week so it would be mailed within 7 days. When 7 days was up I emailed and requested a return sunsets it had not been shipped and they didn’t respond for another week. Now they say since it was used (which it wasn’t because it is broken, rendering it useless) it does not qualify for a return. It has been over a month since they have been giving me the runaround. I believe they are a fraudulent business.

I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere, as their customer service is very bad and will not process reruns even if product arrived damaged.

This review is subject to upgrading if/when contacted through a customer support request. Instructions for the "single functional recliner" require that the cushioned arm rests horizontal metal piece must be slotted into the chair body by pushing until it clicks. However, no accompanying metal part can be located on the chair body arm rest area and the arm rest cannot be installed.

Wine Bar arrived with a lot of damage and not what I was expecting.

I purchased the wine bar cabinet and was quite excited about getting it cuz I lost my original bar in a flood. When it arrived and we started building it and were three quarters of the way putting it together we noticed one of the boards was extremely damaged. Now that we've already built the majority of the bar we didn't want to have to take it apart so this was very frustrating. I did call their customer service and they said they'd get back to me and most likely ship me a replacement part but I'm waiting to see if this happens. The other thing that was frustrating about this bar is the way the wine rack is. It's very poorly developed because the wine bottles do not sit on the two parts of the wine rack. If you put it on the back half and the front half it will slide right off. Therefore you literally have to lean it against the first part which was not the intention so very poorly made and I'm not very happy about that. But can you imagine having to pack this up and putting it back into a box and it probably won't fit to return it. No so it makes it very frustrating when things go wrong with an item you are expecting to be a very nice addition to your house. I've been dealing with a flood from a negligent neighbor and on top of that now I've got bad furniture being delivered to me by this company. I am not happy and I will see what they do to rectify the issue. I have pictures and wish I was able to submit them here but I don't see a place to be able to do that.

Broken from factory and no customer…

Broken from factory and no customer service. Kart came with missing parts and a broken gearbox. I contacted customer service and they just told me they'd get back to me . . . And after a week and me asking them for an update, no response.
Garvee is a scam that uses fake reviews to lure in new customers.

After over a week, Garvee responded that they could send me a new motor and I would have to install it myself. I got a lot of "we're very sorry" responses but they told me that I should just return the kart when I said I'm not comfortable changing out the motor and electrical components myself.

So they don't support their products and try to pawn off the problem on the buyer. Avoid...

Garvee followed through!

I have posted 2 previous reviews describing the customer service I experienced. After my first post I received a very apologetic response from Garvee and was offered a $100.00 refund toward my purchase. I accepted the offer but according to Garvee a glitch in their system prohibited them from seeing my email accepting the offer. My second review was about being ghosted by Garvee regarding the refund. Again I received a very apologetic email along with follow up calls. The calls were Garvee checking to see if I received my refund. I DID RECEIVE A $100.00 REFUND AS PROMISED ON MY CREDIT CARD. That being said I stand behind my reviews regarding Garvee's customer service and will not do business with this company moving forward.

This is the worse company I have ever…

This is the worse company I have ever had the displeasure of doing buisiness with. They ripped me off out of 133.29 dollars. Apparently, they are so bad, they dont even try to please the customers because of so many complaint. BETTER BUISINESS BUREAU has been notified. DO NOT DO BUISINESS WITH THIS SHITTY COMPANY!!!

I did get the package super quick but…

I did get the package super quick but it was missing the actual LED light bulb device and 2 small plastic parts that mean I can't open or close doors safely. I contacted garvee and they said the parts weren't available for 2 Mos. They said to contact the platform I bought it on or take a $30 credit....I bought it off garvee directly which they should've known. The product itself does actually seem nice but now I have a huge display case thay will sit empty for 2 mos or try to "source the parts myself"...which is a ridiculous thing to say to someone who bought an item expecting it to be as advertised. Poor resolution to a simple failure to ensure all parts were in the box.

I would give it negative stars if I could

I ordered a children’s wood lathe for my son for Christmas. The spur center on the machine would not come off at all. I did exactly what they told me to do. It still would not come off. A friend came over to look at it and he noticed that the tail-stock would not stay in place when we turned it on and told me it was dangerous because he had a history of working with those. I tried to return it and they said that I would have to submit a video of it not working as described before they took the order back. The correspondence with them lasted several weeks because they kept telling me they would send me various emails that would be sent-out within 24-48 hours of my call. Half of them didn’t even come so I had to call back only to hear the same response. I told them I couldn’t send a video via email and requested a phone number I could send the video to. I finally got a phone number I couldn’t send send it to and had to call them to confirm that they recieved it. Of course I recieved the “You’ll get an email in 24-48 hours” spiel, and it never came. I had to reach back out to them again, and an email finally came saying that they would not issue a refund because I bought it from their company through Walmart. They knew the entire time because I gave them the order number. HORRIBLE company with products that don’t work as described and incompetent customer service. Buy from somewhere else, please!!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Failure to communicate properly. I seem to get “canned” responses to questions regarding a tractor implement.
I was wanting to purchase items from them and had questions about spare parts I wanted to purchase in addition to the implement I was wanting.
This place obviously is in China as they only respond during the night.
I will not do business with them.

Wish you could leave zero stars

Wish you could leave zero stars, they definitely don't deserve any stars. Do not purchase anything from this company, the customer service is absolutely terrible! We purchased the 24v 6 wheel dump truck ride on toy as a Christmas gift. It arrived and upon opening the boxes to assemble there were broken parts. Made contact with them on Dec 24th and our issue still(Feb 3) is not resolved. They continue to respond with the same generic email saying they are escalating our claim and to be patient blah blah. They finally sent a box after 3 weeks and it did NOT contain any of the parts that we needed to replace what was broken. Contacted them some more and they said they would not send another box and could offer a partial refund which we declined because the parts that were/are broken make the toy unusable for its purpose.(They dump bed was/is cracked almost in half). So a partial refund would be pointless. After doing more research they have an F rating with the BBB. We have also submitted a claim with the BBB and are awaiting a response. Bottom line, do not buy from this company!

I ordered a snowblower for my husband…

I ordered a snowblower for my husband for Christmas. The batteries were unable to be charged. I have contacted them 5 times to get us new batteries and even sent them a video for proof. They said they have followed up but they have not. I know they have the right email address. It is now Feb. 3/26 and have gone half the winter without a snowblower. To make things worse my husband has rheumatoid arthritis and cannot shovel without extreme pain. Hence the reason for purchase. Customer service is terrible. I asked to see to someone in a higher position who could help me. She said no and told me she had to help other customers and hung up on me. Pathetic!!!!

UPDATE: A week since what appeared to be a sincere apology and response, I have not heard a thing. No message, no new batteries and no one has tried to rectify the situation!!!!! Appaulling!

Absolutely the worst products and…

Absolutely the worst products and service money can buy. Just horrific. They don’t care about their customers, lie there way to not solving problems and sell products to customers that don’t work. I bought a snow blower from them that broke after 2 hours of using it. Completely dead and they’ve been giving me the run around for 8 days straight now to the point when I’ve obtained an attorney as to not let them get away with their games. Just a joke of a company.

Garvee Customer Service is World Class!

I was in a rush and inadvertently put an item in my cart which I did not want. I quickly sent a note to Garvee asking that they delete the unwanted item from the order. However, Garvee's fulfillment system is fast and they had the order already shipped! Once Nadia from customer service responded she immediately resolved the issue and contacted Fedex to return the item while in transit. It all worked out and all along the way the Garvee team kept me perfectly updated. Dealing with them was like dealing with a good friend. There response was efficient and caring. They listened, and responded professionally to my issue and took care it even though it was my bone-headed mistake to begin with. This was a superior customer experience and made me feel like I was in good hands all the way!

A piece arrived damaged

A piece arrived damaged, so I am currently fighting with this company back and forth until they make things right. All I want is my TV stand to be finished, but they continue to argue with me over the phone and over email. Do not buy from these guys. Still waiting for them to make things right.

Mis-Sold and delayed return/refund

*** Getting used to how companies reply to negative comments now. To be clear, they have not sent multiple replies, they sent one to which I responded with the payment details immediately, since then they have ignored my multiple emails.

Purchased an adjustable height oil drainer direct from their website. Looked on when it arrived however soon discovered that the height range was completely wrong, there was hardly any adjustment at all. It was advertised as pneumatic but also manual - very strange... Manual as there are no hoses, guages or even a valve on the inlet but then the outlet is only 2mm diameter so needs pressure.

Requested operating instructions, very poor provided and nothing different forthcoming so requested refund. This became very drawn out with emails going back and forwards. They finally provided a returns number and address. I duly sent it to the address provided but then it got returned as the address was incorrect. They then gave another address as they had moved (what?) so I had to pay for another return postage.
They have now refunded the initial purchase price but are delaying refund of return postage x 2 and all communication from them has ceased.

Cheap for a reason? Make your own mind up, but I will avoid in future.

The product defect meant your usage needs were not met at all, and what followed was our failure to reimburse the shipping fees promptly, even leaving you with the sense of being out of contact with us. All these problems have betrayed your trust and cost you a great deal of time and money, and we are truly ashamed of this.

Regarding the reimbursement for the shipping fees of your two returns, which you have been concerned about, we would like to update you on the situation: We have sent you multiple emails previously, requesting your relevant account details to process the shipping fee reimbursement for you at the earliest opportunity. Regrettably, we have not received a reply from you to this day, which has resulted in the prolonged delay of the reimbursement process. This was by no means an intentional delay or a refusal to reimburse on our part.

We understand that our explanation now cannot undo the distress you have suffered, but we still hope to do our utmost to make amends and settle the shipping fee reimbursement. Please provide your account details, and we will immediately mark your request as the highest priority and expedite the full reimbursement of the shipping fees for both returns. We will notify you promptly as soon as the payment is credited to your account.

This incident has made us acutely aware of the serious oversights in our product quality control and after-sales service processes. We have urgently launched a comprehensive internal rectification drive, optimizing our after-sales return procedures and enhancing the responsiveness of our customer communication to prevent such issues from happening again.

Whether you choose to purchase our products again in the future or not, we thank you for your honest feedback—every word you have said will be a vital driving force for us to push forward our own improvements.

We apologize again for all the unpleasantness we have caused you and earnestly ask for a chance to make amends for our mistakes.
