Gas & Plumbing Solutions Ltd 

Gas man charged £102 to take cover off, tap on the boiler a few times and tells me he has a new boiler that he can sell me.

He denied smelling gas and therefore did not stop the gas leak. Problem was resolved by calling out a British Gas Engineer.
Alex, was quite rude & would not refund and told me to contact CAB (Citizens Advice Bureau).

Recommendation, don't waste your money with this company and go straight to British Gas they have a flat fee. Hope this has been useful.

Most untrusted company i ever seen and wasted my money

Sean from RGS Ltd provided the cheapest of three formal quotations. Two engineers undertook the work of replacing our old boiler with a new condensing boiler less than a week after the quotation. The engineer Rob and apprentice Jack were punctual, efficient and thorough. They cleaned up thoroughly and Rob explained everything essential we needed to know. We were impressed. I thoroughly recommend this company and we will definitely employ them again when needed.

Gas & Plumbing Solutions Ltd supplied and fitted a new boiler for me in an emergency. My old boiler broke the day my wife went into labour. I spoke to Aaron on the phone and he was brilliant. They went out of their way to help, and kept up great communication via email throughout. At 8am the next morning, they arrived and by the end of the day I had a new boiler and the old one removed. It made the world of difference and I would definitely recommend this company.

Aaron installed my Worcester combi several years ago and has been giving it it's annual service ever since. In addition to the ensuring everything is operating perfectly, he always checks (and replaces if necessary) the batteries of my thermostat. He has consistently provided me with good value and reassuring service.
