I got a new boiler installed about 2 years ago and waited weeks to get a quote, until I told them I would get the boiler somewhere else.

The guy, Greg, who installed it, did not care about doing a proper finishing job on the plaster he reconstructed so it looks terrible and couldn't paint over.

I booked him for a service over two weeks ago and he cancelled the first time, so he rebooked me for the following week, same day and same time, but he forgot about it!

He refunded me of the money saying he would come during the week and would do it free of charge, but of course, he couldn't fix a date there and then.
I let 2 days pass and gave him a ring, no answer, then I texted to say I'd rung to fix a to say I'd be available all day 2 days later. No word from him

After 3 days I then asked him to get me in touch with a colleague if he's too busy to even reply to which he said he'd get 'Dave' to get in touch. 4 days later I'm still waiting.

Very unreliable, get someone else from the start.

I can’t understand the negative reviews on here. Gasworks were phenomenal to deal with. Fast, efficient and spotless. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

I contacted them via whatsapp weeks ago to ask for price and an appintment to change my hot water tank, they came back after a week asking what type of apartment I have I replied and from there they never came back and I sent 2 or 3 more follow ups… so unprofessional.

Think we must have dodged a bullet whatsapped them and left a detailed left message -tried their call back system - no words -no one bothered to call back nothing ! All big words on the website and zero response zero communication!

Completely unreliable.
Don't bother, you will be chasing them to start / complete the work they promise.

Excellent service. Gary not only did a great installation but resolved other issues two previous installers caused. And when a small leak showed up after his installation he promptly came back--on Sunday morning!-to quickly resolve. I have used other companies in the past but in future, Gasworks gets my business. Thank you, Gary. Highly recommended.

Food, decor and staff was ok. But unfortunately there was no buzz, nor atmosphere. Maybe some live music to create one?

Disgraceful company to deal with !!!
Contacted this company five weeks ago and got through to a girl eventually to organise a man to come to my house for a new boiler and radiators throughout my house. The man never showed up, 2 weeks later after trying to contact the company several times a day with no answer, eventually got through, after 3 weeks now, they organised a man to come out for a second time and he eventually turned up and assessed the house for the boiler and radiators. Since then, many calls were made and texts were sent but got no response but today i received a call from them saying they don’t come to my area despite them coming to my house for the assessment!! Complete waste of my time and now my process of trying to sort my house out has been made even longer. Ridiculous service.

Used this company on more than one occasion, highly professional and arrive when they say they will. Would highly recommend
