This used to be a reputable company. Now very poor, we didn't get a gas certificate for a recent service paid in full for, also we had a follow up issue reported that required a part replaced. When the plumber arrived he just washed the current part and reinstalled it, when I pre-paid for a new part(!) The part is leaking again. Emails are going unanswered. Avoid.

Never ever use this company !

Thay are unprofessional to the highest degree, they dont stand over their work and The warranty isn't worth the paper its written on .

I would never recommend this company . Not even to my worst enemy . If I could give no stars I would , be there wasn't an option.

On the 2nd of October 2025 an engineer from Dublin Gasworks attended our home to service the boiler for which we paid in advance.

The engineer could not service the boiler on the day due to an issue with an outside roof which is only open on 2 sides rather than 3 and due to needing a part. 

The engineer was to order the part and check with regards to what could be done about the roof. This was expected to take a couple of days. The boiler was switched so we have had no heat since this time.

On the 7th of October,as we had to further communication we called back and it was clear from the call that your company had no intention of following up. They claimed to have sent a report by email, but it was never received. They sent it after I called them on the 7th of October and claimed again to have sent it earlier; but I cannot find any evidence. In anycase we were expecting a follow up to quote to address the issue which is what the engineer suggested would happen.

Fitted a new boiler to my mother in-laws house and while fitting it flooded the whole house , they also cut the beams in the roof and removed some of the timber structure to fit a cylinder that was too high under mining the area of the roof and tiles removed some of the baton the tile site on and cut sections out of the beams and never fixed anything or came back to put any of the damage right , avoid this company at all costs as they won't fix any damage they have caused which was in the thousands .

Alex the service engineer came at the appointed time, was very polite and friendly,.
He did a fantastic job and was very clean and tidy.
I can wholeheartedly recommend,. Alex and, Dublin Gasworks for any work needs doing on, gas boilers in the Dublin area.

Had our boiler replaced by the folks at Dublin gasworks. Was very happy with the outcome. Efficient, timely and tidy workers. Dealt with legacy issues that were not of their making and did so with minimum fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very efficient company. When I had an issue with the heating system that I couldn’t figure out, they were out within 48 hours to sort it and Sean explained to me clearly what the problem was. I would recommend them.

Got them to service my boiler and it's now broken. It's going to cost over E3,000 to buy another one. They have washed their hands of it and even slammed down the phone on me.
