Identity Verfication / Reset Verification

I am customer since 2014! After trading on Thursday 23rd January, I wanted to send Euro to my account. Then I was requested to re-verify my identity! I did. Everything went well. But since then I have nothing heard.
I don´t know if it failed, is still in progress or completed. I have access to my account, can trade but not sent any payment! There are 6000€.
If I try to verify again, I get following answer: Verification Failed
Sumsub verification already in progress/completed. Contact support to reset verification

I have tried to contact support to get information about the status or to reset verification. But no answer
How I get info!

I have logged into my account to send some Xrp to another wallet which I done without any issues last month to be met with a re-verify message but there’s no option for United Kingdom/ Britain/ England under the country when filling out the details on the first step. I have tried contacting customer service and not had any response and reading people are experiencing the same issues. I just want access to my XRP.

Verification problems UK

I have had an account since 2017 storing xrp and from time to time send / receive xrp but haven’t done for a few years , I am based in the UK.

Last week I logged into my account very smoothly, tried to send some xrp to another wallet , when I clicked on “send payment” it asked me to verify my account, it took me to the “applicant data” section where you fill your personal details which I done , at the bottom of the page under the address section there is a drop down for “country” which is essential to fill out to get to the next section , there is no United Kingdom/ Great Britain or England option so I can’t get passed this section to verify my account so I am completely stuck & can’t transfer any of my xrp. Basically all my savings for the past 8 years , I am screwed !
On the gatehub site on the T&Cs section it states Withdrawals are still available in the UK ?
I have contacted the support team numerous times with no help given.
I don’t know what to do & will be seeking legal routes.

I've had an account with GateHub for years now and had just left my wallet with crypto in it. I have since tried to access my account and cannot as I no longer have the old number associated with the account. I've been emailing them for the last 2 months to no avail!

I have been Gatehub's customer for more…

I have been Gatehub's customer for more than 7 years.
1.They suddenly asked me to do re-verification and created alot of hurdles so that I can't withdraw my crypto.
2. No option to select for UK customers( Countries don't exist in the verification list) and they say you can withdraw but that is misleading you can not.
3. They reply you back after weeks and replies aren't helpful at all.

My first email (to disable 2fa) was at 5th of dec. I got the same day a reaction but the solution was given me yesterday !!

I suddenly got all my XRP transferred…

I suddenly got all my XRP transferred to an unknown account. I lost everything.
Gatehub is a complete scam.

Update January 16th 2025:
I already opened a ticket number #609435. I am suggesting you to focus on resolving my ticket instead of replying on Trustpilot. If ever you give me back my XRPs, I would remove my review here.

Scam! Avoid!!!

Scam! Avoid! I had a XRP in my wallet. They locked the account, took my wallet and not responding to requests. You will loose with gatehub.net everything!

Terrible support service

Terrible support service. I have written on a number of occasions asking for support as i cant log in to my account but noone bothers to reply so i am stuck locked out. Truly terrible service. Avoid if you can.

Bad experience

I have been using GateHub since 2017 to store $6,000 worth of Bitcoin. Recently, when I tried to withdraw my funds, the app requested personal documents, including sensitive information about me. I no longer trust GateHub with my data, especially considering its current poor rating and bad reputation online, with many users labeling it as fake or a scam. While I urgently need access to my funds, the app won’t allow me to proceed without uploading these documents. This situation is frustrating and deeply concerning.

Scammers

So what you read here is really intense.

I felt the same way. The scammers simply closed my account or took away my wallet. Just because I wasn't online for a few years.
Now I have to verify myself again because my picture is suddenly blurred. It's a complete scam. Just don't pay in any money because it will be gone or you won't be able to access it.
I'm going to sue them.

Frustrating Experience: Unresponsive Support Desk & Wallet Encryption Issues

I have been facing significant issues with Gatehub recently. The support desk seems to be unreachable, despite submitting multiple tickets.

After logging into my account, I am prompted to re-encrypt my wallets, but I immediately encounter an error (error code: save_master_error). One of the wallets has been successfully transferred to another Gatehub account using a workaround, but I have not been able to do the same with the other wallet.

It is extremely frustrating that the support team has been so difficult to contact. I would appreciate an explanation as to why the service desk is suddenly so unresponsive.

Up until now, I have always had a positive experience with Gatehub, and I’ve never encountered any issues before. However, this current situation has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I hope this issue can be resolved quickly, as I’ve always enjoyed using Gatehub when things were working well.

Would not recommend based on this experience.

never changed my password but showed up…

never changed my password but showed up as wrong. needed to reset and generate new recovery key. after that again password is not working and new recovery key is not either. have both recovery keys, saved in a way that no way there is a mistake in them, but obviously something was done to my account that I cant access it since 2020. a complete scam. do not use this company!
still cannot log in to date.
