Im so surprised why they are not replying to the queries about hacking?even here at trustpilot review they are only replying to positive reviews and dont give a damn about the hacking queries !!!!

Im using gatehub since 2017 personally i dont have much issues other than customer service as they do copy paste replies .
But when we speak about there last hacking issue they dont talk about it? May i ask Gatehub.net , WHY??? What exqctly happened???
Please clearify of fhe hacki g issue that happened last year ! This is the only reason im not adding more funds to my wallet as im scared .

I also received same email as Josan. I work in a bank a it is very not trustable to send your ID with picture like that. It can be used for fraud. If they want to check identity they should set up different system. I do not mind to cooperate but not in this fraud sensitive way. Happily enough I only have about 100 euro standing t this moment. Dependable on their reaction I will put complaint or not. Still waiting.

Steep, hidden fees everywhere. Your money will be trapped and you won't be able to get it out without paying the piper.

PS. their customer service is nonexistent and they've been hacked. So all my information is compromised and my savings lost.

not only they get hacked and all their customer accounts are stolen, you cannot contact their support except having robots answering your emails.
where is the contact phone number?
when you deal with money, the least you can do is have a phone number.

They got hacked because of their mistake and my 20000 xrps were stolen. And now their support team does not answer and they do not compensate. Never ever deposit to them, they are robber

Froze my account saying they sent me a double deposit to my XRP wallet in Jan 2018. Had no such deposit in Jan 2018. Never any double deposits. Want me to send copy of my passport and bank account or they will report me. Report me to who? This is bullshi*. get away from gatehub. Thieves.

Second time they helped me out when i had a problem.
Can't complain from support.

Not safe for your XRP, other cryptos or personal information.

They were hacked June 2019 (google it!) and are in silent mode since then.

Hundreds of victims among their customers but no refund or communication about this.

Stay away from them if you want your money secured.

I did 2 transactions and I converted my xrp into btc, I sent 2 times btc to the other wallet, it was never received, from 1000 xrp now I only have 50 xrp which is a value of $75 I tried to transfer that $65 atleast from my gatehub to the bank but it says insufficient balance, its been more than a year I was with them, but all the transactions are gone, nothing received I would advise be very careful, once you buy from them you can never transfer for real money.

Gatehub is a joke, and worst wallet/exchange out there. They will block your transactions, and tell you that you have insufficient funds. Even when you deduct the 20 xrp, They keep 20 xrp at all times, Their fees change randomly. Big 2 thumbs down for gatehub

I really wanted to write a review to set the record straight. I don't work for GateHub and have no affiliation to GateHub other than as a client. I was a little disappointed when I saw the rating GateHub have received from Truspilot, having used GateHub for the past 3 years. I think most of the complains on Trustpilot are due to people not understanding how crypto works, how Gatehub operate, theft and fees/20 XRP wallet. I have been using GateHub for 3 years now. It has not been without its problems, but over the past year I have had no issues. I have certainly not had any money stolen. It was late 2017 when the world and his dog wanted into Crypto - the whole infrastructure was struggling, not just GateHub. I have always supported GateHub and their services. They have allowed me to transfer fiat directly to their wallet and I have successfully moved fiat back to my Euro account. GateHub does not have a vast array of currencies to trade, however what it offered me was a way into the crypto market in late 2016. I have not looked back. Through GateHub I am able to transfer various crypto to other wallets and exchanges. It took a while to work thing out but through some research I have a far better understanding of the coins and how to move money through the system quickly.

No issues untill now. I had 2 transactions to my wallet one first with XRP and second with ETH and they aboth went flawleslly I don't undertand what's with the 20XRP received from you guys though.

GateHub is one of my favorites. Userfriendly Interface and you get the 20xrp for wallet activation from them after you deposit through sepa.

As a long time customer i barely had any problems with GateHub until yesterday when i suddenly was not able to login anymore.
I must admit it took a bit of effort to get to talk to someone personally (the email support system is too ineffective in my opinion). But the communication over social media/chat was way faster and better.

Ursa and Jan from GateHub support team were really friendly and helpful. I had the feeling they were eager to help and find a satisfying solution for their customers. (excellent service)

After all, they fixed everything and i was able to login again within less than 24 hours.
GateHub is definitely easy to use and recommended by me! If they can eliminate these kind of problems and become a bit more stable in the future, they deserve the full 5 stars rating :)

Recently had a login issue contacted them via website and Twitter was very helpful problem resolved within 24 hours

I’ve been with Gatehub for over a year and my experience with them has been excellent. They have always responded to my questions. The exchange is very easy to navigate. I would recommend this exchange if you are interested In the few coins they offer. I will continue to use them in the future.

The beginning of Januar cash 310 XRP out with SEPA banking. Sent in januar two messages and GateHub says the payment must to approve. Now in Februar and still don't my money on my bankaccount. Is GateHub a scam or will the paid my xrp in this month out?
