Everything has been made so easy for me! I spoke to Vanessa really early on when I wasn’t even sure that getting a mortgage was in reach and she has been reassuring, professional and organised.

They have been great all the way threw with getting our house to now getting a fixed rate for 5 years, thank you to James and all the team😊

Throughout the entire process, from start to finish I was kept in touch by phone or email regarding the state of my mortgage application.
Any queries I had were dealt with efficiently and I always received an email straightaway to confirm back to me and resolve any concerns I had.

James Hardy is an absolute hero! I trust this man with my life more than my dad. When I first sat down with this James I didn’t even have a clue what a mortgage rate was but now I could tell you most things about buying a house. Not only is this man ridiculously good looking but he takes time to help you every step of the way! Everyone told me how stressful it is buying your first property but I haven’t had any stress at all because this 6ft 2 beautiful Human has done literally everything for me.
What a blessing god has created for this planet.

Amazing service from Ashley and the team. We hit a few blocks with another mortgage advisor in getting a joint application through. Ashley went above and beyond to help us get everything in the right place to successfully complete on our house purchase. From start to finish they were knowledgeable and informative and really listened to what we needed which is something we haven't experienced elsewhere. We have used Gateway mortgages for years and every time it has been a stress free experience. We had some home improvements that needed doing and after having a meeting with James and him working out all the calculations, we got the ball rolling and started the process. We have managed to do our kitchen/utility refurbishment, and we couldn't be happier. Karen and George kept us in the loop with what was happening, meaning that I didn't need to call or chase the solicitors. Once again thank you to the Gateway team for all your hard work.

I cannot rate these guys highly enough. They go above and beyond to help you. You will get the best rates available to you for your mortgage.

But once you have your mortgage in place the service does not end there, you will be contacted by very polite and helpful members of staff that will assist you in any way they can to help your move go as smoothly as possible.
