Used AVPS Park and Ride for Gatwick and the whole experience was very smooth. They’re only about 15 minutes from the airport which made things really convenient.
The staff helped with luggage and clearly explained the return pickup process.
Annes was very polite, professional and friendly, with a good sense of humour which made the journey enjoyable.
Overall, really good service – 5 stars.

I had no issues i’m parking was secure on a farm with CCTV cameras all went smoothly.

Have used this company on many occasion and in the past have been extremely happy with the service but it now seems to have changed ownership and I was not impressed at all.Arrived at the parking to no one being there at all,called the number and was told that someone would be here to meet me within 20 minutes. 50 minutes had past so I called again only to be told to wait another 10 minutes .20 minutes later the same guy I had spoken with on the phone ( who could not speak very good English) arrived ,didn't even apologise for being late and lying to me ,just opened the boot of the bus and just walked away ,not offering to help with my luggage .On arrival back at Gatwick I called the number 8 times and eventually the same guy answered again saying around 20 minutes he would be there and guess what ? Nearly an hour after he rolls up! No sorry again .On arrival back to my car he helped me with my luggage but seemed like he only done that as he thought I would tip him but I didn't. It was totally unprofessional and the fact that I was lyed to 3 times is unacceptable. The 2 guys before that had the company were so nice ,chatty and made you feel welcome .Sadly that has all gone and for that I will never use again .

Great service from Mohammed. I was unsure as had not heard of this company before. However, the process was very smooth and good communication along the way. We were collected promptly on arrival back to the airport. Very friendly. Would use again.

It was easy to book and navigate to the location. Drop off and pick up was excellent. Value for money, will definitely use again.

had a booking with this company a few weeks ago and it was terrible. Was made to wait nearly an hour before getting picked up and taken to the airport then when I returned I had to wait another hour and kept getting told he was on the way… the driver was extremely rude and the car was filthy. Looks like they’ve been rally driving it through the farm that they park on. I have booked with this company before and had a great experience. It seems like it’s been taken over now by other people and it’s gone down badly.

Had booked to be collected from Pollards farm at 7am , no one was there. Waited till 07:30 still no one so called 01293 number, no answer so left voice mail. A guy eventually turned up at 8am and said i'd booked for 2pm which was incorrect and had to show him my booking email. He drove us to Gatwick an hour late! Upon drop off we clarified my return time landing at 5:40pm south terminal a week later, sent to his mobile screen shots and he also took a picture of my booking. Upon return boarding my plane in Helsinki he called me saying he was at Gatwick waiting (again 2pm UK time) I had to explain OVER AND AGAIN we wasn't due there landing at 5:40pm! Arriving back called number after passport control and collecting baggage (as instructed) still waited in the cold for just over an hour. Got dropped back to Pollards farm to collect our car in the dark with not a sniff of an apology and the driver seemed to be hanging around for a tip, not a chance! Will NOT use again and recommend you don't bother and pay a little extra for a more professional service.

Come back from sunny egypt, flight was 30 mins delayed, so transfer was 1 hour and 50 mins untill arrived,said I was booked for that time and now will have to wait, leaving 3 of us out in 1 degree weather , I said he should check flight details to that he told me, no they don't do that.

Each time I called, was told ,

" ill get there quicker if you stop calling me every 2 mins "

Then apparently van needed jump starting & he was coming.

Eventually arrived we was like snowmen at this point +

Really not impressed.

Pick up every 10/15 minutes? Not likely, I waited 45 minutes for pick up

First time we used this parking. We had a flight from Gatwick to Cancun. So we left our car for 3 weeks for good price, only £130. Good price, kind, helpful people. At return day, our car battery was dead. Car park guy helped us a lots. I recommend this service and nice people.

Great experience, on departure I called half an hour before arrival , the driver was waiting for me. On return, gave a call when I passed checks, the driver picked me up 15 to 20 minutes later. It is 15 minutes away from the terminal. But it is worth

This is the second time we have used this company. We can not fault them. They go above and beyond. Even a toilet stop. When arriving the kind gentleman suggested we use a different facility than the portal loo, and guided us to a very clean toilet. They helped with bags etc. We were so greatful. And return journey they were again exceptional. We are off to lanzorote next year. We will be using again. You can't go wrong with these guys. Well dont to this team.

We phoned and the driver was waiting for us on arrival at the parking site. We were taken to the airport by a really nice man. On our return we phoned and were met very soon at the meeting point. Our driver was the same man who had taken us.
Would definitely recommend.
