Used for the first time and was more than happy with the communication and map to find the location. Left our car there for 10 days. Very secured area and Transportation provided to Gatwick only 10 minutes away and picked up on return from same drop off. Telephoned when cleared customs etc and didn’t have to wait too long before being picked up. Would recommend them to anyone and will using again when flying from Gatwick.

Just returned from a late summer break with the family and using this friendly company made a noticeable difference. Comms are good with clear instructions etc and the outward and return legs all went very smoothly with pick up etc. On-airport long term parking can be a bit of a pain with 5 people and bags for two weeks as you have to get to a bus stop, wait, manhandle the bags on to a possibly packed bus and off again having picked up more people at 2 other car parking zones. Sod's law says at the end of a holiday when you are tired the car park buses don't show for the full 20 mins and then you stand all the way to your zone! but we waited no more than 3 mins for the pick up this time. I will definitely use these guys again when we go en-famile, while all the above hassle is bearable I cannot see the point in paying as much (or more) for it. The off road parking is secured and we were not squeezed into a space when we got there or in need of a can opener to get out when we returned. Very happy with the experience!

Brilliant experience. It is easy to park and the transfer to and from the airport is very quick as it is on demand. Definitely recommended and will definitely park here again

The service provided by this company is the best I have used for park and fly options in the UK and is superb value for money. The transfer is not long and the driver was very helpful and efficient. We didn’t have to hang around waiting for other passengers, as soon as we parked up we were dropped at the airport. On our return, the driver arrived very quickly to take us back to our car. It all ran very smoothly. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

The thought of having to try and park within the Gatwick grounds did not appeal to us, but using gatwickparkandfly was an absolute breeze, once we had parked our car we were transported to the North terminal in a Mercedes Vito minibus and dropped outside the sofitel were the driver had said that he would collect us from when we returned. Once we had landed and gone through passport control and collected our luggage I called the no. provided and we were promptly collected from said spot (within 10 mins). Overall we would highly recommend and happily use them again. 5⭐️

The service was outstanding. We parked our car at Gatwick Park and Fly for 20 days. Despite arriving at the car park at 2:30AM, we were promptly dropped off at the airport by their shuttle. Upon our return 20 days later, I called them after collecting our luggage, and they answered immediately. The driver arrived at the pick-up point just 12 minutes after the call. The ride from the airport to the car park takes only 10 minutes, and it's included in the service with no extra charge. Plus, the parking price was more affordable than other nearby options.
The car was exactly where we parked it and hadn’t been moved/used.

We left our car for 2 weeks whilst on holiday with Gatwick park and fly. The service provided was absolutely faultless from start to finish. Great service and reasonably priced! It was our first time using Gatwick Park and Fly and I am pleased to say all went smoothly. Upon dropping our car off on 3rd August 2024 at 12pm, we were met by a personable and helpful rep (unfortunately we did not get his name). He drove us to the terminal without delay and picked us up promptly 2 weeks later. Our car was also well looked after in a secure car park. We will certainly use this company again for future holidays. Thanks again for a great service!

We used flyparks Gatwick park &ride for the first time in July 2024 we had a fantastic experience, we arrived earlier than expected so rang to say could we drop the car off early they said yes no problem we left the car in secure surroundings boarded the minibus for the airport straight away and enjoyed a comfortable ride with a lovely driver. We lost our card with the telephone number to ring on return so I emailed and received the information containing what to do on return. I rang the office on our return and we were picked up very promptly again by a very polite lovely driver. Both drivers were fab and couldn’t do enough for us. This was an excellent service and I would recommend everyone who needs park & fly car parking to use this company with utmost confidence. Thankyou to all the staff involved in making our experience such a delight.

Great service! Very quick to respond both on email and phone, regardless of the time of day. We were whisked off to the airport within minutes of arriving and picked up just as efficiently. Great value for money and friendly and helpful in every way.

Very efficient and friendly staff.
We parked and were on our way in seconds, arriving at the terminal within minutes. The return was equally as good and we were picked up within minutes, and on our way home very quickly.
I will be using their services again, real value for money.

Great service instructions were perfect to get to the car park a really nice chap met us and took us straight to the airport in a very comfortable minibus van
On return telephoned the provided number the same chap met us at the designated point

So unusual these days, and very welcome, to deal with a real named person at the end of an email / phone rather than a faceless booking system. The Flyparks Gatwick service was excellent - quick response to enquiry, good value quote, clear instructions to locate the parking and immediate transfer to the terminal on departure.
Had to wait 5 minutes for the transfer back to the parking on our return from holiday, but given that our flight was cancelled and we were on an earlier flight, so the Flyparks team had to reorganise for our pickup, this was no issue at all. Would definitely use again, and happy to recommend to anyone else.
