The 2 small pieces of jewellery good quality arrived quickly, however there will be duty tax (Italy - UK)on items as mine was over £200 I had to pay an additional £73 to DHL that doesn’t include the shipping already paid . If this was stated more clearly on the website, I may have reconsidered. I spoke to customer care & they said it is stated ( in the smallest handwriting) & in FAQ. Anyway just be careful of additional charges!

I don’t have enough words to express how good this service was! So much so that I needed to write a review, yes you pay customs but its not a hidden cost - it is stated on the item page. I got my dress on half price and even after paying customs it was cheaper than the original price. But most of all, I ordered the dress on Saturday, called customer service on Monday morning a bit stressed as I needed the dress by Wednesday and it came Tuesday morning. Helpful customer service, nicely packed item and speedy/ super speedy delivery! You can track your item and it was just such a superb experience! Love the dress as well!

My experience with Gaudenzi has been incredible from start to finish, I purchased Fendi Sandals and wanted re-assurance that the product would arrive on-time for a specific date. The customer care department were extremely helpful and responsive to my queries. Yes - you have to pay customs for the item to shipped from overseas (But this is standard).
I received the item within 2 days of purchasing it and they were in exceptional condition with a lovely gift box wrapped style. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I had to return the item, but this was also a seamless process. Pay for the product to be returned via DHL, take the product to the nearest DHL shipping store(off-license) and send it off. Customer Care were also very helpful as they informed me via email when they received the parcel and confirmed that I would receive my refund within 14 days.
I couldn't have asked for smoother process when ordering online. I will definitely be ordering again from them in the near future.

I received an Etro Hat, one size which will fit only small size pineapple, not a human. No shipping label, I paid $45.. for delivery, and now I have to pay the return, The hat or tag does not have a size tag, they are tiffs!!!!

You can easily check a Brexit section in our FAQ.
However your shipment is still in transit, and you should receive it in the next business days.
As specified in our policy, orders may arrive in 4-5 business days. All couriers are experiencing many delays but our customer service is always here to help.

Awful company that will not accept responsibility over declaring incorrect amount customs charges.
I ordered a Burberry scarf online and when this was sent the Customs form included cost in pounds at the euros amount. Therefore, HMRC have billed me 20% on the incorrect amount.
Scarf cost (inc P&P) in Euros is 336.83 and 20% of this 69.39 as advised by FedEx (I got 67.37)
Cost in pounds to me was £287.30 and 20% of this is £57.46 and £11.93 less. Why should I pay £11.93 more to HMRC because Gaudenzi submitted wrong amount on paperwork.
I contacted Gaudenzi but they have referred me back to FedEx. It was FedEx who advised me in the first instance to contact Gaudenzi but they are not willing to take any responsibility. This is a gift for my wife but now has turned into something awful. Total of 60 minutes plus wait to get throught FedEx, get cut off and having to call again is not my idea of fun. Also, having to go around in circles is not fun either.
If you want awful customer service and want to pay extra on customs charges use this company. Otherwise avoid as nothing but hassle. Wish I'd brought from a British Company in the first instance.

Update on Thursday 23 December
Parcel left behind wheelie bin and was not signed by me. What if someone took it? It’s an expensive Burberry scarf and I’m far from happy it was left and courier put it down that I signed for delivery when I did not.
Also, I paid for gift packaging and all it was is that crinkly white paper with red ribbon around it. Really?
Finally, in terms of customs charge. FedEx took to the liberty to pay the customs charge and charge me £12.75 for it. I am more than capable to pay the charge myself and am annoyed I have had to pay extra. I was given no choice.
My review is the same. Avoid this company at all costs!!

as we have specified you in all our emails we have provided the correct invoice in € to the courier ( you can check it also in attachment and inside your package).
Custom and duties are the sole responsability of the customer and have to be paid directly to the courier that is also the responsible of cashing out the amount imposed by the custom. Therefore for any inquiry about duties you have to contact the courier since all our shipments are made in DDU-delivery duty unpaid.
Please consider also that it is not a flat tax, so its value can vary according to different factors.
