Very happy that I came across this wonderful boutique online . I’ve ordered from this boutique twice now. First time about 6 months ago or so I ordered a pair of Valentino shoes , they arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Yesterday I received my second order a gorgeous Gucci bag and I’m very happy the bag is gorgeous. One thing that is very important to me is customer service and I must say they get an A+. I had a question and Martina replied to my email very fast . She was very helpful and kind. Thank you for giving quality customer service. I hope one day I can visit the boutique in person. Im in California and happy I can order online. I feel my items are extra special coming from this boutique!

Fantastic
Fantastic! I was interested in (and later bought) a Saint Laurent bag. As I live in the UK, I asked the store to email me some images of the bag I was interested in (not really expecting them to send any photos back). But a day or so later, they sent me some photos - I was so pleased as this bag isn't available in store anywhere in the UK. A short while later, with some trepidation (I'm aware that returns aren't free), I placed my order. It was sent by DHL on Monday, and I received it on Thursday. It was beautifully and securely packaged. And I cannot fault the bag. I forensically examined it, and its flawless. It's also a 2020 model. However it did come without the regular protective packaging on the strap - this doesn't bother me, but may be an issue for others. I bought the same bag from Harvey Nichols recently and had to return as the bag wasn't in as good condition, and it came without authenticity cards. The only slight niggle with Gaudenzi is that sometimes email messages took a while to be responded to. And worth noting that they don't dispatch orders over the weekend (a lot of online retailers don't). Thank you for the lovely experience Gaudenzi boutique. I'll be back soon.
