Very good service with knowledgeable people who answered all my questions.

The HAA/GBI Direct Team are awesome. The app and the website are so easy to use and the asset can be delivered or vaulted. I have done both with zero issues. My favorite aspect is their seamless ROTH IRA, which is backed via Equity Trust with real Au and Ag. Spectacular service, partners, and commitment to excellence.

I don't like how you don't provide cost basis and you cannot select which lots you want to sell. Furthermore, your premiums on the buy then sell are egregious. I plan on selling at some point my entire porfolio and going somewhere else. Travis, is great, so this is not an evaluation of him.

I don't like how Metalstream trades are handled. I sold silver and that trade was immediate. I wanted to buy gold and that was delayed until the 23rd I think. In the meantime, everything went up and I basically lost money in the process.

I set up my account for monthly automatic deposits years ago and gradually increased the amount, now to $500 gold and $500 silver and am getting very good returns. I like using custody in Salt Lake City. I did have need for access to cash a couple of years ago and process was quick and efficient. Right now with the rapid rise in gold and silver prices I am happy to keep in the vault and let value build! Quick access to account data is appreciated!

Prices on silver coins are consistently cheaper than other large dealers like APMEX or JM Buillon. Usually $1-2.5 cheaper retail price even when these dealer offer lower prices when one is buying large quantities. Can’t speak about gold because I have only bought silver from HAA. On the negative side I do not like waiting five days for funds to clear.

The program is on auto-pilot! A withdrawal is made from my checking account every month and automatically invested in gold and silver. The storage fees are much lower than other services I have used!

Pretty easy to access my account without having to deal with complicated passkeys or facial recognition. Purchase and sale actions are quick and accurate. Receiving sale proceeds requires a few days, but that is understandable.

Prompt response and generousy understanding of the issue at hand. I felt I was communicating with a kind and fair person with solutions that allowed me to also be willing to accept. Five star experience!

IRA Distribution request was delayed unnecessarily. Still have not received my distribution.

I requested a transfer of $1843.68 to my checking account on 1/14/26. I have not yet received the funds as of 1/24/26. The transfer still shows as "Pending".
