never order from here my sofa arrived in a bundle left in middle of floor holes in it the seating is flat try and communicating through watts app which i found strange and don’t answer phone or messages have emailed them heard nothing disgusting service.

They are also pay weekly carpets!! Sofas are very cheaply and poorly made! 4 times Iv had them replace sofas again they are not worth the money.

I ordered and paid £500.00 for 2 sofas in March. They gave me 3 delivery dates where I took time off work, and failed to turn up each time. They have took the site down now, leaving me £500 down and no way of contacting them.

They shouldn't get the one star totally disgusting lying to get your money then keep telling you the sofa is out for delivery just a blatent lie living a 3 kids with a sofa an happy to leave them that way getting told I'm getting a refund but not happend yet I honestly don't even think they own any sofas what so ever I ha t found one good review do not order or send money

Please please please do not buy anything of this company..i ordered a sofa of them and foolishly paid £889 into a so called business account on the 15th of May and I have no sofa.i have been promised a refund time and time again and still nothing just excuse after excuse.her bank assured her that I would get paid today and still no payment everything is just lies so please be warned and do not spend any money with these people.if anyone needs information about these people please contact me

RIP off sent them £100 and now no contact and no product. I ordered a setter 2 years ago when they were a different name and by the looks of it they have gone downhill as I had no issues before. Now they have even blocked all contact with me. Luckily for me I have an address and will be arriving this week. Let's see face to face shall we.

I don't even think they deserve one star this company as promised so many times that we would get a refund but nothing I payed £630 to them in December no sofa & chair after excuses and was telling me she was in hospital having her twins sending me pictures I've saved all the msg & pic and I'm taking it further I heard off them 4 days ago telling me there looking into what's happening and still nothing and now messenger is saying there away now it makes me sick 2 think that you've took so many peoples money it's not on with all the bad reviews surely somethings got 2 be done with this company I've just had enough now

They are scammers and liars I stupidly sent over 50% deposit to secure a swivel chair and foot stool back in May and was told turn around for delivery 10 days paying the other 50% on delivery. Never was given an exact delivery date and after waiting 3 weeks I realised I was just being strung along. After reading up reviews on them I soon realised they weren’t legit and were scam artists HAVE ALSO BEEN INFORMED THEY ARE ACTUALLY SELLING ILLEGALLY. I should of done my research before hand on them a mistake I will never make again hope my £179 pounds they have taken and kept gets them far. Have reported to the police and the fraud line with a crime reference number! Also am seeking advice with small claims.
PLEASE DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID AND SEND THEM ANY MONEY.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS Company! I made the silly mistake! Was told numerous delivery dates for furniture to not even turn up! Was told my refund had been done but never received that either! Now I’m blocked from contacting them

Do not use this company ,they have had full payment for a sofa ordered in April, by my son and daughter in law , they didn't receive the sofa even though they were given. four different dates that it would be delivered on . Then they were told they would get there money refunded , but have never received a penny

Not even worthy of 1 star! I have paid this company just over £1000 for bed, sofa and accessories. I was told delivery would be weekend of 18th May and they would confirm nearer the delivery date, the day and time slot. After chasing them from the 16th May for confirmation of this they then tell me on the 18th that it will be Sunday 19th. Sat in all day, nothing arrived. I was then told that evening that it would be delivered on Monday 20th between 4-6 so again sat in and waited and nothing. I asked for immediate refund as good not received. To this day I still haven’t had my money back. I’m now blocked on commenting on their website, not answering emails and blocked my messages. They even emailed me terms and conditions of the refund policy but it’s obvious they have no intention in returning my money which I’m entitled to. Im gutted. I’m so shocked that they have done this to me. I’m still without a sofa and bed and no money to replace. Action Fraud alerted which they have confirmed they have set up case file, provided evidence of all emails, messages, personal information and profiles of the people that are running this organisation. I will do everything to stop them running this scam. Please do not buy from them! It’s all lies! I wish I had seen these reviews before handing over my money and I’m completely devastated.

Firstly, I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!
I paid in full by bank transfer..... Huge mistake!
3 separate delivery date, 3 no shows, excuse after excuse..... Her son was even in hospital with a picture to go with it.
They have threatened to ban me from their Facebook page for expressing my annoyance at the fact we still don't have a sofa and they still have MY money!
I'm not holding out much hope for a refund nor the sofa ever arriving. Don't hand over your hard earned money to this company!

Don't waste your time. I ordered mine 17th April. No sofas, had many many delivery dates and still nothing excuse after excuse! Requested a refund 🤣 who am I kidding. I called the bank, her account isn't a real account it's all prepayable so nothing bank can do. I will be starting a Facebook this week for everyone to share and write what happened. I want to bring gb sofas down and stop ripping people off

My son and his pregnant partner ordered a sofa from this person, no sofa, no contact, phone going straight to voicemail, delivery date after delivery date, don't know if this will be classed as fraud or theft but will find out soon enough. Stay away from this person she is a fraudster.
