Im not gonna go do a damn research project to remove my authenticator. Everytime i go to resub i run into this and i think to myself "why would i give these people even a single dollar more of my money"

Zero response from customer service after 3 weeks
Bought a gift card and ran into an issue, there has been zero response from multiple emails with no sign of even being contacted to rectify things.
7 weeks, 3 separate shipments, and 20 days of chasing just to get my order
I've been a Blizzard customer for over 20 years. My whole family plays WoW. I've never had a problem until now, and honestly, this experience has completely shaken my trust in Blizzard's merchandise operation.
I ordered 4 items on 27th November for Christmas presents - two wearable blankets and two pairs of pyjama pants. Paid £246 including £38 for express shipping to make sure they'd arrive in time.
On 24th December, one pair of pyjama pants arrived. That's it. One item out of four, worth £32 out of £246.
No warning, no email explaining a partial shipment - just a lone pair of trousers in a box. Christmas ruined.
What followed was 20 days of the worst customer service I've ever experienced:
- Advisors who knew nothing about my order
- Being told it "hadn't been dispatched" when I was literally holding the tracking number
- Promises of email updates that never came
- Advisors ending live chats while I was mid-sentence - multiple times
- Excuses that kept changing: "pre-order delays," then "supplier issues," then "waiting for restock"
- A complaint ticket that was completely ignored
The remaining items finally got dispatched on 13th January - nearly 7 weeks after ordering, and 3 weeks after Christmas. I still don't have them.
When I pushed for a refund on the express shipping I paid for but didn't receive, they offered £20 instead of £38 because apparently sending my order in three separate shipments over 7 weeks counts as "standard shipping." When I pushed back, I was told they "expected respect" from customers - as if being frustrated after 20 days of this nonsense is somehow unreasonable.
The products themselves are fine. What I paid Blizzard for was reliable service from a company I trusted, and what I got was chaos, silence, and being made to feel like a nuisance for wanting my order.
If you're thinking of ordering from the Blizzard Gear Store: don't do it for anything time-sensitive. Don't trust express shipping. And be prepared to fight for weeks if anything goes wrong.

so when ordering from this business, allow for 3-4 weeks for EU. and possibly another 3-4 if it's leaving EU.
oh, almost forgot. the delivery charge is €15!!! and no, i did not order a fridge. it's couple of tshirts and baseball caps.

Battle net to link games is the stupidiest thing ever. Buy a game from blizzard but can't play it because of issues they have with battle net connections. Worst concept ever. Won't give a refund either if they scree it all up and you're now stuck with a game you cant play.

A one star rating is generous for this company. I've been trying to resolve a very well known and documented bug in one of their games. As suggested, I've been using the in game bug report option, as well as help tickets. I was given the same unhelpful responses each time. They repeatedly demonstrated a lack of reviewing my full message, failed to understand the problem, and I continued to advocate for my paid experience while maintaining professional language. Rather than help, I was threatened with an account termination. Online forums are absolutely littered with similar issues with the same part of the game for well over year, yet customer service fails to support and game developers completely ignore the problem. My recommendation would be to begin a gaming hobby with a different company, as this one does not support their customers.

2 weeks later I have had 0 updates from the gear store on the progress of my order.
I contacted their customer services who advised that it had been escalated and they would email when the chat closed further information…. 2 day pass and nothing
I proceeded to email them and never got a reply
I contacted their customer service team again after 2 days, I then asked for an update or to cancel, they told me they would escalate and email me.
2 days pass and nothing……
I contacted the customer service team again and request a refund, I was advised that my order had been escalated. I didn’t not have any further correspondence so I contacted Blizzard again via live chat, at this point I was then told it was not possible as it was their policy to refuse cancellations (sounds pretty illegal)
I had asked to escalate to upper management however I just kept getting generic responses
It’s been over 3 weeks now, no eta, no refund and secret Santa is Monday next week (4 days away)
Wrong item sent, terrible Customer support
The customer support is an absolute joke. They sent a wrong item in my order and I contacted their support to ask for an exchange.
They asked me for the same informations and pictures about my order multiple times, making me wait several days, until I finally got a return label. That I had submitted all the requested Pictures and Information three times already was ignored.
After the return had arrived at their facility, they ignored me for over a month and when I contacted them yet again they told me they would send the item ASAP.
It took over 2 weeks.
And they send the wrong item again.
The same wrong item.
Everything was absolutely terrible and I still dont have my Money back or the items I ordered.

Absolutely unreal customer service
Absolutely unreal customer service - in the worst way! I've been pestered and harassed over the last month to return an item which they delivered to me by accident when I had in fact ordered something else. I told them numerous times that I would return the item if they sent me a pre-paid label and they absolutely refused to do so, completely expecting me to return an item I DID NOT ORDER myself. I've yet to receive the item I actually ordered as well.
Their customer service team, and I quote, genuinely contacted me after two days to say "We're writing to ask if you've finally returned the item." ... Finally?? FINALLY?!
I've raised the complaint further now but never in my life have I experienced such horrendous customer service.
Buy From This Store if You Love Headaches
Just like the others here - this is one of the worst buying experiences I have had.
If you place an order you cannot cancel it like you can with other normal retailers. Support say "it is in our terms and conditions that orders CANNOT be cancelled" and they have to email their warehouse department which can take "two to three weeks to reply". So it is a roll of the dice if your order will be cancelled or not.
Each time you speak to an agent you will get a different reply. Even though I'm from the UK, an agent said I would have 20 euros deducted from my order if I refused delivery of my parcel when it arrived.
I have found support often try to blame you for the clear mismanagement of the business they work for. Even for pre-order items, it took me 5 different agents and attempts to find someone that was able to cancel it and get a refund initiated.
In short... don't fund this "business". They are essentially scammers. If you still wish to proceed, make sure you buy with a credit card so you can raise a dispute.

Worst COMPANY ever.....I paid for The War Within Collector edition August 08/04 , today is 09/03 its been a month and i still didn't received the game and THEY REFUSE TO RETURN MY MONEY or to send me replacemen. First the support was so arrogant to told me to contact Evri ( Delivery company) because from Blizzard part everything is ok but is not Evri told me that they never receive the game. Now i am waiting with days to get answer from the support and every time is "we work on the case".... The Support is beyond tragic. This is how blizzard value they customers.
