They shipped my $150 collectors edition box with LITERALLY NO PROTECTION. They used a VERY thin cardboard box and my Collectors Edition arrived damaged.

I ordered the collectors edition of new Dragonflight expansion, had to order through these cowboys as they have, in their infinite wisdom, stopped allowing the sale of this item through a competent company like Amazon. Item had bubble wrap around item but then placed in a box far too large for the item so it got smashed around in transit to me. It's a cardboard collectors edition, so imagine the condition when I opened it.
Contacted their "support" team who said my only option is to return for a refund and place another order. I was also told they can't guarantee that I will get another copy as they have limited stock. So I might want to keep it..... At this point I just thought this is a joke. £130 item that is damaged but yeah, just keep it as we might run out??!! Unbelievable attitude. I have ordered a replacement, this one hopefully will turn up in one piece.
Joke of a customer care team on chat, they take forever to answer because they are handling multiple chats and have zero control over anything so might as well not exist. If I could avoid using this waste of space company I would, but sadly they have made it impossible not.
Avoid if you can. If the item you want is sold elsewhere go there.

This is the worst shop I have ever ordered at. You can’t change your order and once you send the stuff back to them, refunds are taking months without any reasonable answer from the support team and after multiple emails. You won’t get your money back through them. I am trying dispute with my bank, but I am afraid the money are lost in a blackhole forever.

Ordered 2 canvases and only 1 arrived, multiple emails and support tickets left completely ignored, multiple phone calls to support left unanswered. Now having to go through my bank to claim the money back. Won't ever be using the gear shop again no matter the item.
Quick update Jan 2023 - Thankfully bank fully refunded the order. Since the refund blizzard have tried 4 times to take money from my account with no communication to me, only finding out about this when the bank refused the withdrawal and updated me.
Still by far the most horrendous shopping experience I've ever had.
One of the worst customer services ive ever encountered
Order BLS1394
Ordered a Lich King statue from them and my overzealous credit card company blocked payment as they flagged it as suspicious. Immediately got it released. Contacted Blizzard and they said they couldn't take the payment the order was cancelled and I would need to order it again which I did. Next thing I know they have taken payment for both. Immediately contact them to cancel and refund the 1st order.
What ensues is 3 weeks of them messing me around constantly telling me they will urgently cancel the order and refund me (which doesnt happen) with them frequently not replying or replying with vague messages. Their telephone team cant do anything but take messages. The webchat people are extremely vague, will change their narrative at the drop of a hat and don't seem to have a clue what's going on or how to get anything done.
3 weeks after me telling them to cancel and refund the first order both orders turn up on my door. I contact them and as per their returns policy request a prepaid return label. This starts another nearly 3 week of the same ordeal of constantly being told they will send one to me and then nothing with frequent meaningless replies where they clearly don't even read your messages properly.
Eventually got the return label and the refund but all in all had to contact them between 20-30 times to sort out what should have been just cancelling an order. Raised a complaint with them about this and they never got back to me
Sent cancelled item and now won't refund
Preordered an item and they then told me it was out of stock and asked me if I wanted to cancel. I told them to cancel and bought it off Amazon same day, arrived next day. Three days later they told me actually it wasn't out of stock and they were sending it me now but I could return it. Unable to use their online portal to return it. They resorted to asking me to mail it to them directly with a hand written cover note. Disputing through Paypal.

In regards to order 21-6950-1973 which I’m pretty sure I order on the 25th of November or so and was allegedly shipped by landmark global and was supposed to get here by the 10th of December I have not yet received my items and the tracking provided does not seem to work for me. I also was not able to find customer support page so I don’t know how to find out what happened to my items

Ordered Lilith statue more than 6 months ago with 15% discount. Today I received an email from them saying that they don't have enough stock and will need to cancel my order. This is just not acceptable from such a big brand. Just hope there are no issues with my refund.

Do not even bother buying something from Blizzard...is a ripoff 100%. They are not even saying on the website which materials are the items made. I've got a damaged sh1ty overwatch jacket (the Hanzo/Genji one) for which I've paid a premium price of 120$ only to find out that is made of 100% polyester. I've contacted the support address for more clarification and they offered a 10% discount. Now I need to pay another 6.5 quids for a refund but now I know I'll never buy anything from blizzard again. Absolutely terrible, when placing an order you are given a delivery date, after weeks pass and no delivery and tracking still saying 'being processed' I contacted live chat only to be told the item is on preorder and wont be available until over 2 months after order was placed as well as that the other item order will not be released until both are ready to be shipped. I asked why the dates provided were so conflicting only to be told the dates I was originally provided when ordering were from an automated email??? Customer service completely awful, and very misleading information.
Customer service department is a joke
Customer service department is a joke, disconnects webchat multiple times after half an hour of uploading photos and answering stupid questions. Was trying to explain I ordered 2 packs of 5 pins but only received 2 pins but multiple CS agents are unable to comprehend what the issue is. Luckily I used PayPal but will still take a month to run it through a dispute.
Horrible returns
I asked a representative the exact measurements for a t-shirt and she didn't know exact measurements only approximations so I wound up ordering the wrong size. She acted like it was nothing to exchange for the right size. Now I went to return my item and it is asking for a $10 return fee.... So I ask customer service why are they advising easy returns when there is a fee? The representative just kept repeating there is a return fee, I am sorry. Worst customer service ever and worst policy ever. They don't care about their customers. They straight up just want your money. Never buying from them again. Go to Jinx store where returns are free.
Crushed order and no customer service
My order arrived crushed, had to send photos and then would have had to send it back at my own expense if I wanted to return it. They may have refunded postage if they deemed it damaged enough. Instead was offered a mighty 15% discount (£3) and, two months later, and in two attempts with multiple more emails they have so have so far refunded £2.61. Avoid this store, customer responses are smug and useless and it takes weeks to get anything done and then they do it wrong. Hopeless.

Overall my experience with Blizzard gear has been good. Most of my items have arrived in perfect condition (the ones that ones didn't were dealt with promptly) as they have been packaged with care. Happy customer. Thank you for such detailed statues!
Never again, flee this place better to buy Chinese replica: cheaper similar quality and better support and delivery.
Edit: today most of my order got cancelled after a month. All items with the biggest discount have been cancelled. I call that false advertising and a proper scam: you buy extra more expensive item with your cheap item and get reimbursed the cheap item but you still pay for the expensive one that you might have not bought if it wouldn’t be for the first discounts.
And to top it all the uncancelled items haven’t been shipped yet! (1 months to check their stock and cancel half of the order and still no shipping!)
Old review: Ordered on the 23/11 (black Friday is meant to buy Xmas gifts) we are now the 20/12 and still no news about the delivery! You contact the support and they are not able to give you any news about your order or giving you an estimate time.

i brought alot on blackfriday( waited over 25days on getting my stuff). I have written with their customer service twice. First time he told me, that there was problems with the warehouse. Sounded fair enough.
2nd time, the support told me, that the stuff was "picked" which he explained to me was "ready to be shipped" in the warehouse.
i then get an email that they have decided to cancel my order because of a malfunction blackfriday.
I read online that people have gotten this email over 20days ago and i have just been a sitting dock.
Not to talk about they withdrew the money the same day and now i won't even get them before christmas and for the christmas gift i had been waiting for...
i would never suggsest anyone to buy stuff from blizzard.
