Fast and efficient repair
Shower toilet stopped working, contacted Geberit and customer support was excellent, determined that an engineer would be needed so arranged it. Within a couple of days the engineer came and fixed the issue. The engineer was polite, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Fantastic all round service

The best, help, advice, info to identify and obtain replacement parts for bathroom fittings over 12 years old. Charles, who helped me on the phone, went above and beyond refreshing and unusual nowadays. Highly recommend.

Good advice and prompt delivery.
Good advice on identifying part to repair Geberit flush unit. Part then arrived promptly and fits. I was a bit shocked by the price.

My experience.
They were great ,i emailed them late in the evening, by morning I had a reply with a phone # to call , I called they put me thru to whom I needed to talk too , and within 15 mins everything I needed was fixed.
