Absolutely appalled by the behaviour of staff and the manager of this company. My scooter was still under warranty and it had stopped working. Which then I had asked for a refund or a new scooter which then the manager had claimed I was trying to do fraud and that I am a scammer. The only people who are scammers are this terrible company pure air e scooter is way better also the prices match and they are way more reliable with high end quality services. Absolute waste of a company and would recommend others to not buy from here. The manager would continue to call me a scammer and then also use disgusting comments towards my sister when she had called them about the scooter. I advise you not to buy from this company as they are the scammers and would highly recommend pure air e scooter which is the same price and better quality service and also product. Absolutely shameful service in this place and would never buy from here Again.

I have ordered a REEL scooter about 1 yr ago and it has all broken down and they replace it but still it breaks down and the customer service is terrible. I do not recommend these guys are scammers.

Edit after you want to call me the scammer: You guys are so funny to call me the scammers. Yes I had a problem with the scooter and sent me a replacement then I had the other scooter which broke down in weeks not months and then the third about a month or 2 later and I asked you many times and you sent no replies to my emails. Then that meant for me to call you. And every time I called you you would say ‘’ ok I’ll give them a nudge’’ and then I would recieve no response or a replacement. During our calls I never mentioned that I have switched parts of the scooter and I also don’t know how to do that and I don’t know how that would help with the scooters as they are all broken. Hmm that doesn’t make sense then for you does it and I even told you this exact thing on our call not even a week ago. And about my cousin. I did give him 1 scooter during a period of time WHICH YOU WERE NOT INTENDING TO COLLECT IT who was in Leicestershire not Tamworth or whatever place you were talking about. and I then took it back from him a week later. And on our call a few days ago I told you many times that give me a call back after you spoke to the main guy and I received no actual call back. This is absolutely crazy and I can’t believe you are to call me the scammer. No wonder REEL don’t do business with you anymore. So clearly as you said there is one scammer and that is you. Also you never told me anytime that they were coming to me to collect it. NEVER. All you asked me was the address for a replacement but all I heard from you about a collection was you just saying that they are trying to collect but nothing happened. I can even send video proof if you want of these scooters not working.
