I have bought quite a bit from Geek Effect and cant rate them enough. Their products are always delivered exactly as described and when I was sent the wrong item by mistake for the first time I got given that item as a goodwill gesture and sent the correct item the next day. As a mint in box collector Im extremely happy with them and will continue to buy from them.

The most important thing for me as collector is the item arrives in mint condition. I don’t care how long it takes to be delivered as long as the condition is good. Every time I have ordered from Geekeffect the item has been well packaged and in the mint condition specified. If they keep providing this level of service I will keep buying from them. Very positive experience.

Incidentally the correspondence is pleasant, polite and they keep you informed; items are sent out very quickly. Very pleased, keep up the good work.

This was my first order from GeekEffect and I was very happy and impressed with their service. Odering was easy and I was contacted via email on the status and update of my order. Delivery was fast and item was well packed and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend GeekEffect and would certainly order from them again.

Communication is very much lacking ordered pre-order items however no notification when the release date was changed or proper notification when they would be released. However delivery is always securely wrapped and boxed so the items come in pristine condition

Did a pre-order for some NECA figures all the way back in July (a week or so after said figures were announced), and they were estimated to come into stock in January (other stores were saying around the 10th February). As soon as the figures came in, I was alerted that they would be shipped out on a Thursday, and they arrived 2 days later on the Saturday! The figures were packed with lots of styrafoam peanuts, and were in excellent condition. Will definitely buy from again in the future!
